“I've sprayed a rug that had been urinated on by another dog. So far, my dog has not urinated on the rug. I did saturate it. I'm very happy with the result”

“I have toy dogs and four girls live in my family room. I have trained them to use reusable pee pads and they are very good. Occasionally they miss the edge and I need to clean up a bamboo floor. I have used just about everything on the market, but PETLAB products beat them all.”

“Amazing miracle product! I have vintage hotel carpet in my rental and could not get the strong urine smell out with other brands. I was panicking that I had ruined my landlords carpets. The smell subsided immediately on application. After a week the smell was almost gone. After two weeks not even a trace of it. You have to give it time to work it’s magic, but it really works!!”

“The mat doesn’t stay in place at all. It slides away when my dogs run over it (I have seen this happen on my pet cam - it’s not being pulled in their mouths as your less-than-helpful Facebook comment suggested) and then I get dirty footprints everywhere. It is only marginally better than the old towel I had on the floor previously.”

“Dear Ty/PetLab...as you are so insistent of a review & validation, let me just say that your products that I have used seem to be as good as anything else thats similar in the Australian market, and 'do it' for me and our dogs. Well done as, afterall, it's the quality of the products as claimed that are my main interest. rather than your company's reputation on social media or whatever is so coveted these days?!.”

“I brought the PetLab Grubby Paw Doormat - Traps Dirt Instantly (Ultra Absorbent Microfibre Chenille) × 2 and have been very disappointed in the quality and toughness of the mat. Within an hour our dog had split the mat material with his claws and the seems around the edges all came apart. Ultimately it’s a normal standard bath mat with a dog paw image in it, making it very expensive at nearly $50 each. Won’t be using these guys again!!”
