“After buying our puppy I was concerned about her little accidents leaving a mess in the house and causing permanent odours, also having a toddler hygiene was also a concern. After reading up about PetLab products and seeing the reviews I decided to try their Pet Stain and Odour Remover and the Pet Safe Disinfectant. I have to say I’m very impressed! The stain and odour remover smells pleasant, I just spray it on the area where the accident has occurred and you’d never know! The disinfectant is great too, my son has a rubber playmat that our puppy has weed on a few times and after cleaning it with the disinfectant I don’t have to worry! Would definitely recommend these products. I will be buying again and adding to my cleaning collection.”

“With a special needs dog and a geriatric dog we get some accidents inside. I am sensitive to the smell of urine and have been looking for something to remove marks and the smell. To be honest I only tried Pet-Lab because there’s a money back option. I have been pleasantly surprised that not only has it worked to remove stains and the smell, we also have way fewer ‘incidents’ inside. I highly recommend.”

“OK, so I was skeptical but desperate. I had older stains from one dog and a new puppy contributing to the problem. I lavishly treated the old stains with PetLab and the smell got worse.......and then the next day to my surprise it was a whole lot better. After trying lots of other products I have seen nothing this effective. Thanks PetLab.”

“I bought this product hoping it would get rid of the smell of cat urine and it does not work at all masks it for a small period of time and then the smell is still there, was not worth the money I paid!!”

“I ordered a 5litre container of deodoriser for my recently installed artificial turf as it was getting quite stinky from my dogs use. I remembered when I placed the order that it said I could expect delivery within a week or so. Well, 3/4 weeks had gone by...no delivery. I called to Petlab to query if my order had been dispatched and I was told it had left the facility a matter of days after my order was placed. Without hesitation or query Petlab took control and immediately organised a new order. Absolutely exceptional service. Thankyou ever so much. Certainly 5 star service.”

“The enzyme cleaner has done a great job at cleaning our puppy’s wee. I’ve also sprayed it on the grass mats when she had them and it eliminated all odours. It has a pleasant vanilla fragrance which smells great too!”

“Inside accidents happen, I have been using PetLab products for a few months now. They are easy to use, do the job well and the scent is very easy to be around. Very tempting to use for freshening up a room and using on all my hard floors regardless of the nature of the spill. I love the thought of supporting Aussie made and owned. “Have 2 Border Collie puppies. This product has been a life saver. I struggle with the urine smell and also the smell of other products - which often just mask the smell briefly and then it is back. This stuff really does work and eliminates the smell of wee. Now that they are toilet trained, I am using the Healthly Habitat to clean the floors of all the areas where the puppies have been and it works great. Have just ordered the detergent to wash their bedding and blankets in and am looking forward to seeing how this works as well.”

“I thought I would try being very sceptical about this product as I've been taken in so many times buying things from the net. I was astonished to find this product really works. I have a dark grey carpet which furbabies vomited on. Tried everything, only to be left with a brown mark. Sprayed it with the product and blow me down it's gone. I'm recommending it to all my friends.”
