“This has been the Best Buy I’ve ever made.. It eliminates the odour and the smell when you spray is so nice. Takes away my males dog urine and poop smell away. 5star I’ve give the products I brought”

“I have used both products, the external carpet has improved but may need another spray just haven't had time at present. The Urine Stain & Odour Remover Super Concentrate product appears to be working.”

“I have a disabled dog so accidents are part of our life with her. The Petlab products are great for dealing with stains and odours. Love the Healthy Habitat spray. Its so easy and safe to use. The stain remover smells good and works amazingly.”

“Great products, great company, customer service most commendable!.. Their products are effective both indoors and out, especially on artificial grass. I had the misfortune of an order having gone AWOL whilst in the hands of Australia Post(A.P.). Not getting very far with A.P., I contacted the company. Desiree competently took over the case. She constantly kept me updated on her dealings(frustrating for her as it was for me) with A.P. Not wanting to keep me waiting any further, she sent me my order by Express Post which I'm pleased to report arrived safely and on time. Thank you Desiree and Team!”

“Love this product. Smells wonderful and has definitely helped with the odour of older urine stain from elderly cat. Product was damaged when arrived but not the fault of the Petlab sender as was well packed and labelled appropriately. I feel bad as I contacted them to advise and they immediately sent a new bottle. The rough handling was obviously at the delivery end not PetLabs.”

“Well, haven't received my products yet, very expensive though, but will give it a try once received. Bought the others to prevent our puppy pee on the floor, but he constantly go back to the same place, so to me that do not work at all.”
