“Placed order over a week ago the nexy day i recieved and email saying goods were packed with a hermes tracking number. Hermes have been expecting it the last week. Contacted via the website, contacted via email mo reply. Phones are turned off due to covid yet all other companies have returned back to normal. Just called via the number in a review below they took all my details and said theyd contact time for paws for me. Doubt i'll hear much. Don't nt waste your time and order from them you probably wont get it. Really disappointed.”

I ordered at the end of March, 2 food containers plus duck food. Duck food plus one damaged container arrived after a long wait. Fortunately, the second container was refunded as not available. We are now towards end of April and despite numerous emails, they won’t take calls, have had no contact from customer service. The food container l did receive was cheap, damaged and useless! I have now given up trying to make contact, will bin the item and put it down to experience; a bad one! Would not use this company if they were the last one available!”

“Ordered a poultry feeder. They took my money and never delivered. When you phone them, they use the covid pandemic as an excuse as to why they won't speak to unhappy customers. If you buy from this lot, pay by paypal so you can reclaim your money.
Edit. I discovered that this company is owned by a company called G.J.W.TITMUSS LIMITED. Phone : 01582 833883 and complain. Someone needs to lose their job.”

“£119 paid for 10 bags of dog food on 20th January. No confirmatory email and no dog food. I have two large teenage dogs and my usual suppliers send within two days. Service is unacceptable.
