“I bought an ex demo vxr from Perth branch the car came with a lot of issues (only one key ,chips on body work ,no front parking scensors fitted ,no gap insurance paperwork,no security codes for the vehicle ,service book not stamped,tyre pressure monitoring system faulty and a piece of bodywork missing from the body kit)which I was assured would be rectified in due course.That was ten days ago and after numerous calls to the branch and many excuses as to why no one ever calls me back when I did eventually get to speak to salesman that was dealing with the car I was told that everything would be taken care of ,nothing as yet has been done to get the car back to have the problems rectified.I have also spoken to the sales manager who again has told me that the issues will be resolved after his manager has spoken to me by phone call which I am still waiting on and then they will arrange to get the car fixed.I feel that 10 days has been more than enough time to get the car repaired and returned to me in the condition that it should have given to me in the first place.As a returning customer I feel severely let down and was willing to give the branch time to resolve the issues to enable me to give a positive feedback but as I seem to be getting nowhere fast I have to give negative feedback and say at this time I will not be returning to the business for future purchases.

“At the start of buying our new car your sales staff were very attentive (we hadn't even got our son out the car when a memeber of the sales team had come over). Although he was trying to be very helpful he seemed a little to eager for our business. We only really wanted to have a look but persisted to show us around and when we never saw anything in the forecourt that met our budget he then proceeded to offer us other cars that weren't there. Anyway so we found one that met our criteria and started to haggle about monthly payments. As usual with these things a lot of added extras were just stuck on to our bill which were quickly removed after telling our sales rep that we didn't want or need them. Now it was down to monthly payments, which seemed like a merry go round and at this point my partner started to get rather frustrated. We told our sales rep our maximum to which he kept returning with amounts that we couldn't afford. Magically he, the finance department and the manager managed to get the payments to where we were comfortable (brilliant). So we went away and came back to sort the finance and to view the car. Finance was easy but the car was not. It would not drive!!! Why let a customer try a car that will not move?? So a very apologetic sales rep then said it would be fixed asap and I received a phone call the next day quoting 24-48 hours. The next day I recieve a phone call to say the car won't be ready as it was to go away”
“Before Sales: After initially trying to sell me a car which was over my budget and didn't meet my minimum requirements, we eventually managed to get them on board with the plan and got a car that was actually suitable. Overall happy with the service, but could've been quicker in actually getting there by simply listening. Or offering "deals" that are actually deals...
Sales: After being promised a car on a certain day and then having to wait an additional 3 days to get it was annoying, however Peter Vardy made up for this by delivering it and offering a full tank of petrol. Overall happy with the way the problem was resolved.
After Sales: Once the car arrived a minor fault was picked up in the first 3 days of driving. Peter Vardy had this fixed under the warranty within 2 weeks. The only thing that could've been done better is the communication was a bit lax on who should be dealing with this and who to get updates from.
Overall: Not too bad but glad its over. Also don't believe them if they say at the sales stage they will give you a freebie of any kind - they will forget.”

“I bought the car for my sons birthday. From the outset the staff were very friendly, efficient and not at all pushy. I was shown several options and left with information on each vehicle to consider. Once I had made my mind up the sale was quickly and efficiently progressed. On the day that I attended to collect the vehicle (with my son on his birthday for his birthday surprise) all the staff were involved in the surprise. The entire event was well organised and the whole family were very impressed with effort made to ensure the day went without a hitch. In addition to the vehicle being well presented, the balloons, bow and birthday cake made the day even more special.
