No help given as it wasn't 'under warranty'. Feel like I got no perks with car like the previous year e.g car mats and help with payments for 10 months. Darren who helped me find my ideal car was great, and Andi who showed me the ropes when car was bought was also fabulous. Mixed review????????”

However, as part of the discussions I was offered free car mats and a full tank of petrol. When I took delivery of the car there were no mats and the car was only part full.”

“Peter Vardy Dalegety Bay - Happy with how the sale progressed and went smoothly. Salesman was pleasant and helpful and not pushy. A month in and I couldn't be happier with my car.
After sales customer service hasn't been as smooth unfortunately as is usually the case with car sales alas. My car only came with one key and before I drove my car away I was promised another would be ordered and sent to me. Having not heard anything for two weeks I had to chase it up again and was promised that someone would call me when they had ordered a new key. I have now been calling at least 5 times to get a new key ordered, it wouldn't be so annoying but have been promised on every occasion that someone would call to keep me updated on how things were progressing. I have now been told that I should receive my new key in 5 - 8 working days. Don't hold out much hope but definately an area where this company must try harder I'm afraid.”
