“We were well looked after from start to finish. There was a few niggles with the finance company by your salesman Ryan Fitzpatrick sorted it all out for us.”
“Complaints about after sales service. Bought a car with the so called two year used car warranty from Pee-Vee. Unfortunately discovered a problem in the first few months. Contacted the warranty claims contact, they bounced me off to the car repair garage who bounced me over to Peter Vardy who then bounced me back to the garage. Peter Vardy essentially washed their hands off my problem saying that the warranty is provided by a third party not them. They also qouted me 156.0 GBP per hour for 'fault finding' which any respectable garage would do for free. Peter Vardy also told me that my repairs do not fall under warranty but they were happy to charge me for 4-5 hours of fault finding @ 156 GBP per hour any way.”

“We were told the car would be ready in a couple of weeks as it was down south . We were phoned about a week later and told it was abroad and it would be another month. We told them to cancel the order as we were disappointed with the service. Your manager Gavin phoned and said we had been misinformed and the car would be ready when we were originally told and offered us a free night in a hotel as a gesture of goodwill. We agreed to go ahead. We were also told we would get a refund on the service plan for our old car. We have neither received the hotel offer or our refund despite phoning several times. Gavin said he would sort it personally but when we phoned over two weeks ago he had passed it on to the original salesman and insisted the email for the hotel had been sent but that seems strange as we receive all your other emails.
To date we have still not received our refund or the elusive hotel offer. Needless to say we will not be rushing back to this dealership and hope that this email will ensure this fiasco will be sorted out.”

“Horrible after sales service and their used car warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Told me it would cost 156 pounds per hour for god knows how many hours just to diagnose the issues I was having even for parts covered under warranty. Their service sales girl tried to blff me by saying that the gear box is not covered by this warranty but then she was totally fine to quote me outrageous sums of money for their so called diagnosis.”
“Had a great member of staff John Clifford helping us and getting us a great deal, he also arranged for a member of staff meet us at the Glasgow car auction , which we were dropping of our old car, and the girl brought us back to Motherwell Peter vardy to collect our new car, it's great to have staff who will go that extra mile for there customers.
Unfortunately the car had a chip on the windscreen which now needs fixed, carpet at driver door was not fitting properly, the port for charging phones etc was broken, scratch on the back of car, cd disc in CD player,,not happy having to take car back to get fixed , should be inspected properly before going on court for sale. John again came to help and get things sorted. Well done John and the girl”
“The day we went to pick up the vehicle was a wet miserable day, Fiona from the handover team was dealing with us, she was great nothing was any bother to her, we had come across a minor glitch that took an hour to get sorted and Fiona didn't lose her smile all the way through, she kept our children happy with a couple of goody bags so Hazel had plenty time and peace to get everything sorted, she just seemed to be able to say and do the right thing at the exact right time but not being pushy, we are lucky to have 2 cars in our household and when my car is due to be changed I know where I'll be going, but I'll be asking for Fiona, the whole experience at Vardy from start to finish was excellent, we had 2 visits from our home (100 miles away) and the vehicle we were purchasing needed a couple of things done cosmetically, and the seats and paintwork were to be treated with special waxes, on our 2nd visit I personally checked the vehicle it had all been done no excuses or stories job done delighted with it all from start to finish, keep up the good work Vardy”
