“After purchasing an Astra I had so many issue I had to get a replacement. I didn't have many to choose from as I didn't want to spend any more money. I did however have to part with another £800 on top of the £7700 already spent. I got another car but feel I didn't really choose it I was left with no option but to accept this or keep a faulty car.”

“I was impressed by the Sales and Servicing team, There were a few minor problems with the car, SV61 WWP, but they were quickly sorted. My only complaint was a lack of sharing of information by departments, I had cause to write to Customer Services but received no reply from them, I did receive a few phone calls asking about my impression of the service provided and how my new car was. This was a bit galling as the advisor did not know I was having said problems. However I am now happy to say I have received the car and it appears to be working as it should.

“Firstly the day i went to pick up my car the salesperson was 20 minutes late, then after that none of my paperwork for the car was ready and then just before i was ready to take it away i discovered two chips on the front bumper of my brand new car as well as the valet not being done properly. Then when i tried to phone to get my car back in to get the chips fixed i called on three separate occasions, which i couldnt get a hold of the sales person that was dealing with my car and was told he would call me back to which he never. Then when i finally went in with my car the courtesy car they gave me had no petrol was dirty and had not been cleaned in anyway! Overall the experience wasnt great and i feel that the salesperson that dealt with me is not competent enough to be selling cars without supervision.”

Jonathan gave us great initial info about the car we went on to purchase and was happy to answer our silly questions.
Colin then dealt with our purchase and was a joy to work with. Approachable, gave straightforward answers, and gave us all details in easy to understand terms. We knew exactly everything we needed to and were very happy when it came to collecting our new car.
There really isn't anything I can fault about the service we received, even the brief chat with the manager to say thank you and give us a bottle of champers was excellent.
