“When I first went to look for a car Robbie was very helpful by showing me what was on offer that day & I got the exact car I wanted.
The midnight event for the launch of the new 15 registrations was a great night & I would definitely recommend going to one if you are invited. Kelly, who took me through the final paperwork, made sure that everything was totally in order before the party got going.
All the staff are great & I would recommend to anyone looking to get a new car to go there.

“The salesman (Paul) didn't build up much rapport, considering I was in during the VIP event. He was helpful in finding a car. During the handover, this is where things went bad. First of all, the car was not MOT'd, however Pual advised that he would arrange this for two weeks time and call to confirm (The MOT was arranged, but I needed to call to confirm myself. Due to this, he offered me free car mats, which did not materialise. The next thing that happened is that the monthly payment that was agreed, was higher. Following my disapproval (and almost walking out on the deal), he managed to sort this. I was given a bottle of prosecco as an apology.
I've had issues with Peter Vardy in the past, but as my wife had a good experience in September, I thought I would give you another try. I feel that the next car I purchase may be with a rival.”
“Very disappointed with one person in particular Elliot bailey. Enquired about a car on the Monday that I was very interested in buying. And was told by Elliot that he'd sent some some pictures of the car, no pictures were sent then every time I rang to speak with Elliot was told he's not about I'll have him call you, guess what no call back. Now it's Friday, and I rang 4 times being told someone would call back. Absolutely nothing. And now by the looks of the web site the car has been sold. If they would have just been honest with me instead of stringing me along and wasting my time I could have found something else in that week. Never again will I deal with.
