“We bought a new corsa from this branch of Peter Vardy last summer and having decided to trade in our second family car we did not hesitate to arrange a further meeting with Scott Martin in order to do so. He dealt with the purchase of our first car, and more importantly, he done exactly as we asked, no overselling, we told him our requirements and that's what he provided. There was a hiccup when we came to collect our car, as it wasn't the one we had originally purchased, (Scott was unaware this had happened, therefore we in no way hold him responsible). An amicable agreement was reached whereby we received a goodwill gesture of £200, although I never received the flowers also promised to me by the sales manager. To reiterate, we will be back to use Scott's services in the future and I have already recommended him to collealgues in the past, he is friendly, professional and efficient, an asset to the sales team at Peter Vardy.”

“From our first contact with Caitlin on the telphone, we received excellent service. She called us back when she said she would, and came and picked us up from Edinburgh train station because we had travelled from the IOM via ferry and then train. Car was waiting for us, and paper work was quickly dealt with and we were on our way again within the hour. Would definitely tell everybody not to worry about dealing with Peter Vardy's. After sale service has been great too, follow up call to see if we had got home okay and to see how we were getting on with our car. Thank you again.”
“Excellent level of service - very friendly and efficient. I was delighted with the car purchased. My only quibble would be that on the day I was due to pick it up (at 12 pm) I had to wait around for 30-40 minutes or so while it was 'prepared' for me. They were running late due to a traffic accident. In fairness I missed the courtesy phone call to tell me things were delayed at the showroom but I missed the call. I called back but couldn't get hold of my sales assistant and I left a message to ask him to call back to let me know why he had phoned. The message never got to him apparently. So it would have been useful if a message had been left in the first instance and on a second point, there is perhaps a fault at reception level for not passing on my returned call. That is the only reason I have not given a 10/10.”

“Plz do not put your car in here. I have a 60 plate insignia .Car cut out while i was going home i got a tow truck and put it into peter vardy. They phoned me at work four days later and told me i needed a new battery and it was a stop and go and it was £367. The car does not have a stop and go function on it .They then told me my clutch had burnt out and after i told them this was not true they were going to start stripping down the engine. I then removed the car from Vardys and put it into an other machanic and after a new battery costing £100 the car is running a dream”
