“I was very pleased with the service I received at Peter Vardy. Having been an Arnold Clark customer for many years, I was hesitant going elsewhere. I realise I had nothing to worry about. The service I received from the minute I entered the showroom, in fact even from speaking to someone on the phone beforehand, was exceptional. I was warmly welcomed by everyone I spoke to. I had a lovely salesman Stephen who I really enjoyed doing business with. There was no hard sell, no trying to talk me into taking finance or add ons. I really felt like my sale mattered and was appreciated. My car was ready for collection when promised and the handover girls were very nice too. The glasses of fizz and flowers were a lovely touch (that I have never had elsewhere) and I definitely felt like my business was appreciated. I was very happy with the price as well. “Very impressed when I went to take to delivery of my new Vauxhall Insignia.
I was greeted at the showroom door by the Sales Person with whom I had placed my order. Then I was introduced to the executive who would handle the transfer paperwork for my new car and trade-in.
As we approached a desk near the centre of the showroom, we came upto a vehicle shrouded with a black cloth cover. The executive rolls back the cloth and reveals with a flourish... my new pride and joy. Under the showroom lights, it looked glorious.
We then sat down to complete the paperwork, with the car gleaming in the background.
Paperwork done, I was given a comprehensive tour of all of the features of my new car.
Finally, just before the car was moved out of the showroom, and I get to drive it for the first time, the Finance/Accounts manageress approaches and presents me with a bottle of Martini Proseco, and a box of luxury chocolates. An uplifting experience.
The only downside was the snow falling on the drive home!”
