“Very happy with the Salesman Brett however on getting my brand new car home noticed that there was no fluid in the window washers also a mark on the material above drivers door i did not expect this on a brand new car. There was also the glue remnants of a sticker on the drivers door and i was charged for mats and petrol that i was not made aware of and never got a copy if the pre delivery checklist i would like a call re the issues raised”

“Peter vardy is a shambles still waiting for them to get parts to fix My daughters car been nearly 4 months now, constant phone calls ignored fake appointments made which she had to drive from Peterhead to make just to be told the parts haven't even been ordered!!!! It didn't even have the correct MOT I had to find that out myself as they dodged my calls Avoid them like the plague terrible customer service”

I did love the beautiful classic E-type being on display amongst the new Jaguar range, as I do feel the history of this great marque shouldn't be forgotten. It's the extra touches that make a difference like being met at my car the day I came to collect my new one, receiving flowers and a glass of fizz (non alcoholic!), and being offered coffee no matter when I have gone to see them. “Worst car buying experience ever! our sales mans product knowledge was extremely poor and as a result he ended up ordering a different colour of car from the colour actually requested (I liked let it be blue and he actually ordered pump up the blue). Had he not been looking at the brochure in order to buy the same car for his other half he wouldn't have realised his mistake and I would have turned up at the garage to pick up my car expecting light blue and getting the dark blue.
Also, the car which was test driven had a body coloured dash strip which I really really liked and was under the impression would come with my car as I wasn't told otherwise, again due to the lack of product knowledge this wasn't the case as it was actually an optional extra.
when it came to arranging to pick the car up we found that the dedicated handover service actually limited the opportunities to do so due to them finishing at 1pm on a Saturday.
although the sales man did his best to smooth things over with 1 free service and half a tank of fuel, what should have been a great 1st new car experience had already been totally ruined and this is my reason for not being able to recommend peter vardy to friends or family.”
