“The sales person we dealt with at Seafield, Susan Tait, was very pleasant and efficient. We ordered one of the new Corsa Excite range before Christmas, not available until after New Year. As it happened, there was going to be a long delay in available stock for the model we had chosen, and we were offered an acceptable alternative. Even this turned out to be longer delivery delay than expected, but Susan kept us in close touch with progress, and suggested waiting until the new number plate was available. None of the problems we encountered related to the staff on site, and they were all very helpful when we attended the midnight event to drive away on 1 March.”

“I bought a new Vauxhall Mereva .The salesman was first class we picked the car up after midnight 1st of March we drove home about six miles from the garage when I parked the car I noticed it was leaking diesel there was fumes coming of the exhaust whith the fuel hitting it .PETER VARDY doesn't open on a Sunday so we had new car and couldn't drive it when lifting bonet to take a look the top engine cover was not in place the fuel was coming from no 4 injector leak off elbow,also rear number plate was on with one bolt never again will I pick a car up in the dark.Took the car back on the 3rd of March got the sales man who apologiesd the service guy came to the car I told him and showed him the faults all he said was to the salesman I am not touch it until I get a job card no apology it was like I was invisible .I have took a service plan out on the car but don't no if it's a good idea.”

“I ordered the car in January. I am happy with the service I received from the salesman and the subsequent information received regarding the progress of my order. My car collection was scheduled for 11.00am. on 2 March. It started promptly and was going very well up to the point when I had to wait for the registration confirmation. Documentation and payment was completed by around 12.30pm. It then took a further hour to receive the registration confirmation. I was advised that the delay was because the amount I was claiming for my Vauxhall Rewards was different to the amount when I ordered the car in January and the accountants were querying this. I find this strange as I had paid for the car by 12.30pm. At the time of ordering I had been advised that the amount in my Vauxhall Rewards at the time of collection of the car would be the amount with which I would be credited. I believe two and a half hours for collection of the car was not acceptable despite the numerous offers of coffee. I should add that a bouquet of flowers was delivered for my wife by way of an apology shortly after we arrived home. Had the delivery been completed by 12.30pm I would have been happy with the overall service.”
