Excellent service at Peter Vardy with a very helpful salesman in Dougy Boyd, so much so he sold me an Evoque in good time. Great Service

Well it was easy when I went to Peter Vardy for my Astra, saw the car, liked it, got the paper work sorted and was driving it within two days. Fast and efficient service from my salesman Stuart who couldn't have been more helpful, I would definately use them again for my next car. Easy, quick and efficient service from start to finish.

How many times have You been to a dealership and had to suffer the "wait and I'll see what my sales manager says". What I liked about Peter. Vardy, Edinburgh was tha the sales manager came and sat with me and the sales assistant for half an hour to strick the best deal. Great up front no nonsense approach. Thanks to Derek McGill for some straight forward talking and a good deal.

Great service until the car was picked up then noticed many stone chips and scratches , also have a faulty wiper blade on drivers side , and a reverse light out on drivers side , still awaiting call back from my call last week .

Second vehicle I have bought from Caitlin, both times over the phone for the business and her understanding of what I am after and how I want to do business along with her willingness to take bit of time to find the right vehicle at an acceptable price have resulted in me being a satisfied customer. She is a credit to herself and your business in my opinion.

Popped into Peter Vardy for a look at some cars. Mike Ryan, sales, spoke to me and advised what was possible. I test drove a car on that same day and liked it, thereafter negotiated a deal to suit both parties. Mike informed me that he was on the Rookie programme, which meant that he was still learning his job. He was very polite, courteous and proffesional throughout my dealings with Peter Vardy. I would recommend Mike Ryan to anybody, as he has a friendly manner and seemed genuinely interested in my thoughts about my new car purchase and getting what was right for me. After Mike went on holiday, I did however feel a bit let down in the apparent lack of interest in my telephone calls to the garage. After having phoned twice and getting told somebody would call me back and nobody did!! I felt that possibly other staff were not interested in my call as 'it was not their sale' type of attitude. Only they can answer that.... After having mentioned my disappointment, I would rate Mike 10/10 for his efforts and if it were not for the fact that he was so good at his job, I might have gone to Arnold Clark or sold my car privately after having felt the way I did in the lack of interest in my telephone calls. I have never met Mr Ryan prior to my visit to the garage but think Peter Vardy have a great asset in him. I hope that my feedback helps and maybe staff begin to take 'ownership' of other sales members customers in an effective manner in their absence. Thank you for my car. It's running well.

Fantastic service from Helen Conway, from first approach via email re the car and then organising our visit ( round trip of 250 miles from home) We arrived at the branch and where welcomed by the reception team who offered teas and coffee etc, Car was prepared for road test. Deal was easily negotiated and delivery / pick up date and time agreed. On collection, car was explained and all items previously discussed had been addressed therefore again easy transaction undertaken. Met managers who thanked me for purchasing through themselves and gave me contact details in case I need to make further contact. Given a nice drop or non alcoholic fizz to celebrate the purchase ! Follow up emails and calls from sales team to ensure we where happy with car , was appreciated. All in all a very nice and different sales / purchase experience , no pressure no hassle ! Appreciate the effort Helen and her team put into the deal and presenting the car for collection.

I bought my Vauxhall Insignia in Peter Vardy Motherwell. Robbie Blakemore was the sales executive i dealt with. From the minute i walked through the door, i was made to feel important , i was given a coffee and waited a couple of minutes for Robbie to become available. The service i received at reception and the canteen was excellent. Robbie offered me several types of cars to look at in my price range, and i decided on an Insignia. Robbie was probably the best and most honest sales executive i have dealt with since i have been buying cars, and that honesty and being able to relate to the customer is why i continued with the purchase. I have been using Arnold Clark, and let me tell you, their service has not got anywhere near the service that you guys can deliver. I never felt at all like this was a chore. going and sitting for ages. I actually felt comfortable, used my phone with the free wifii, and time flew by when the finance was being sorted. The flowers we received when i picked up the car with my wife were a fantastic touch. I have 5 friends that i have spoken to about you guys, that are going to make Peter Vardy their first port of call when looking for their next car. Bottom line Robbie was brilliant, canteen staff were brilliant, and to be honest so was everyone else. Thank you, Graeme Griffiths

PETER VARDY KIRKCALDY A DISGRACE!!!!! Brand new car faulty after 2 days- 52 miles - serious power steering issues and electrics cutting out. Continual breakdowns and lengthy stays in the workshop to be told nothing wrong with it! Fought with them for 8 weeks but they reassured me it was safe to use... Power steering yet again failed at major junction!! Brand new car again in the workshop to be told they don't know what's wrong!! Begged for repairs from start then begged for replacement to be told NOT OUR PROBLEM. Got to love Peter Vardys professional attitude. Needless to say legal advice now being taken. Please folks think carefully about buying from Peter Vardy as they really don't care once the sale is done and I've spent many hours sitting on the garage to hear way too many others with similar complaints.

Overall staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Disappointed that when negotiating a better deal and was offered free servicing at a cost of £950 to find out later that same is offered on line from Land Rover site at £499. Fell garage was misleading

From the initial greeting while viewing the range of cars available at the Vauxhall showroom in Aberdeen to the collection of our car, we encountered helpful and friendly staff. The atmosphere created in the showroom was a very relaxed and sociable one. There was no "hard sell" and I didn't feel pressurised into making a decision. The process of trading in my previous vehicle and purchasing a new car went very smoothly and I was impressed that my options were provided to me in detail and were explained clearly. I was very pleased with my overall experience at Peter Vardy and would recommend them and will return in the future.

This is my second car bought from vardys and it was just as smooth as the first time. Scott was great during the sale and really helpful to explain my best options and Kelly was excellent during my handover. This is the second one she has done with me and she makes it really quick and easy and answers any questions honestly and with great knowledge.
