The sales and hand over team were absolutely exceptional! John and the handover girls did everything they could to make my experience a superb one, and I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

I was disappointed with the lack of communication on how things were moving forward with my purchase, I was delighted with the service received on the day I picked up my new car. I have had my car one week and I,ve had to replace front and back wiper blades, as I could not see out of windows when driving in heavy rain, this was a cost of £30 which I was not happy about as these should have been checked before I picked up my car.

On two scheduled appointments I was left waiting more than 45 minutes before I had to go find someone to help me. The car had failed it's MOT on the day I was suppose to pick it up. Can't fault the salesman, genuine guy and does his job well.

The staff at Peter Vardy Motherwell were so welcoming throughout the whole time I was there. The salesman Darren was very helpful and extremely patient as I hadn't decided on what type off car I wanted before coming to the store. He took me through each type off car that suited my lifestyle and then explained the differences off each.

David was very attentive answered all our questions fully. Did not feel uncomfortable sales pressure, just a friendly knowledgeable consult that concluded with the purchase of my new car. Hand over team were excellent. All in all an pleasant experience made easy by excellent customer service all round .

A bit disappointed when my car went in for service, received a call informing me that the ignition coil was broken and they could replace it with a new one at an extra cost to me. I informed them that the coil and spark plugs had been replaced 5 months earlier as the plugs had corroded and damaged the coil . An independent garage had advised that the plugs be replaced every 30,000 miles and not every 4 yrs or 78,000 miles Peter vardy advised. I asked them to put the damaged coil back in and i would take back to the garage which had installed it as it must of been a manufacturing fault. Within 20 minutes received a callback from service manager informing me that the coil had indeed been broken by one of their mechanics on removal and he had just started working with vauxhall and was not familiar with the cars , they would replace with a new one free of charge. If i had not questioned why it could of possibly be broken after 5 months they would of charged me approx £300.00. I currently have a service 5 yr plan and am thinking about cancelling it altogether.

The salesman was very helpful and informative. He made me understand what i was getting for my money and i was happy with my deal. However it took the 3 times to go to the showroom before i got anywhere with a salesman. When the car was handed over the MOT certificate was not included and i had to sort this out the next day. All in all the car is good and i am happy with it. However i felt a couple of things could have been improved.

Not clear on the pricing. Kept getting told different breakdown figures by different people. The limited edition model I received isn't the same as the ones I have seen on the road. Mine doesn't have chrome fog light surrounds and when I mailed them. They just said that's how it is now when I don't believe that to be true.

The car I got isn't the exactly the same as the one I thought I was getting. Few slight differences from the one I viewed in their showroom. Seat covers and fog light surround are different.

After reassurances and promise from telephone centre that £80 month pcp viva as advertised in national paper and radio was gimmick free my wife booked test drive at Motherwell. Test drive following morning. Also informed also numerous cars available and wife could pick colour over phone. After test drive, told no cars at this price at Motherwell, actually none at all in Peter Vardy. Cheapest deal £115 from a branch in Fife. What a lie and bunch of con artists!

Very good experience 10 out of 10, couldn't get the box's to work on this survey though. Would recommend Peter Vardy to a friend, especially like the fact that the company has a charity focus too.
