All staff dealt with were extremely helpful. At no time did I feel pressured into into anything. Any questions asked were answered in a very courteous manner. Family member was due a fifty pound reward as they had recently purchased a new car themselves and were responsible for introducing me to the dealership. Unfortunately this did not arrive when had been indicated to me and I had to chase this up by returning personally to the showroom. This has now been resolved but it spoiled slightly what up till then had been a very good experience.

Although I was a bit upset at the settlement for my trade in I was very pleased with the service from the sales operative I dealt with, he was very friendly and efficient and tried his best for me. So I have given Peter Vardy the thumbs up this time and trust they will give me good service if I deal with them again.

The salesmen are to quick to get a signature rather than talking through all the different charges. This was the second car I have purchased with Peter vardy and the 1st car I was given a few incentives but because the salesman knew I really wanted this car I wasn't offered any incentives and when I questioned this I was told I would get the mats free of charge. When completing the paperwork I questioned why I was still being charged for the mats I was told this was because if they were taken off my borrowing would go below a certain level so then I would be charged a higher rate of interest(Barclays only offer 1 rate) so it was better to keep them on. Although I got the car I really wanted I didn't feel I was treated the same because the salesman knew how much I really wanted the car. I really didn't care to much also for automatically being charged for a charity donation and I didn't mention this because it's only a small amount but I feel this is something someone should do by choice and this should not be added on without even asking consent or even saying what charity this will b donated to. Both times when purchasing my vehicles I feel the salesmen do not spend enough time talking through what needs to be signed and what you are signing for and a breakdown of all the different charges, paperwork is just put on the desk and you are told where to sign and not even given the opportunity to read. During my 1st purchase I was charged £350 for something I didn't need and until I traded the car in didn't even no I had so this is just an example of how bad it is when this is not broken down with the customer and at a time when your excited about getting a new car to know this is being exploited and customers are being charged for things that is no use to them I feel is very disappointing for such a large company and shows poor customer care.

The sales assistant was excellent but the servicing department who fitted my private number plate were poor. They were fitted with 4 clearly visible silver screws, no cover or even black which would be less obvious, therefore this part of your service was extremely disappointing.

Absolutely shocking service. As I drove my car from the garage 3 warning lights appeared on my dashboard, I took the car back on several occasions and the service department failed to fix the fault. Eventually my car was booked into the manufacturer to be fixed at Peter Vardy's expense, or so I was told. My car was fixed by the manufacturer, however the garage could not get in touch with Peter Vardy who were prolonging the payment resulting in me waiting without my car. I got fed up waiting and failing to get a hold of somebody that I paid for the repairs myself. I'm still currently waiting to get refunded and still struggling to get a hold of somebody. I also only received 1 key with my car and was told that I will be getting another one and I'm still waiting. This has been going on for over 5 weeks now and it has honestly been the worst car but experience I have ever had. I will be advising everybody I know to avoid this company and I will never be back in future to purchase another car. Shocking customer service and I have been ripped off having to fork out on repair bills immediately after purchasing a car. I will be taking this matter to Trading Standards as it is simply unacceptable to treat people like this wasy and are spending their hard end money on a car which should be fit for purpose.
