John Clifford was the sales consultant who spent a lot of time asking about our needs analysis and handled everything from start to finish with my daughter Samantha when she bought her car so much so me and my husband have bought our car from John as well. I have now went back in today to see John about another car for my work so hopefully will get something finalised with him going forward. So all in all delighted with fantastic service we have received so far from John and have recommended him to family and friends.

Fantastic service, this is the second car we have had from Peter Vardy Motherwell and we were lucky enough to have Robbie again as he helped with our first car and was a real pleasure to deal with. We were made very welcoming and even though we held Robbie and a few others back after closing not at any time did we feel it was a problem. We also had the pleasure of Fiona dealing with our hand over who is a real down to earth person. I know it's a team effort and because of that we will definitely be back the service is outstanding.

Service and level of contact via email and phone from Gordon was excellent. There was a slight issue with a below par valet by the Dalgety Bay team, however this was quickly sorted by the Kirkcaldy team. Also issue with the 114 check & service maybe not being completed by the Dalgety Bay team, but again this was rectified this week by the Kirkcaldy Team and Gordon managed this well.

Buying a new car can be a daunting process.. It's not for the faint hearted. I am going to try and capture in exquisite detail how the sales team at Peter Vardy Kirkcaldy kept me in my comfort zone every step of the way! The story begins - I recently stumbled across your company (Peter Vardy) whilst exploring the vast and wonderful market of car sales. First attraction to your unique business over any other was the positive use of propaganda - a form of biased communication, aimed at promoting certain views and perceptions. In this case: the perception in today's current climate, that there is no other company which comes close to that off the truly unique sales experience which Peter Vardy offers. "Don't find customers for your products, find products for your customers." - Truly embraced at Peter Vardy whilst flogging vehicles. It is clear to see that all members of the sales team at Peter Vardy Kirkcaldy embrace the company core values. In particular fostering a culture of "customer delight". I feel as though customer satisfaction is not what the guys at Kirkcaldy aim for. No, I believe they go the for the double whammy, the large meat feast with stuffed crust. Straight to customer success. There is a significant difference: the fact that customer satisfaction is more a state of mind which comes when you roughly achieve a desired goal. In this instance my goal was buying a new car, obviously. This feeling of satisfaction will eventually fade away. Where as customer success, AKA: conformance to requirements. If you take the previous statement off looking to buy a new car and turn it in to: Suzuki Swift Sport, 2013>, less that 10000 miles, in the colour Boost Blue and 1 owner from new. This is a set of unique requirements which ultimately define customer success for me as an individual. Kirkcaldy managed to achieve every single one of these requirements without side stepping to another car due to it being easier, or beneficial to the business as whole. In many cases this can happen in the car industry. Typical example. You phone Arnold Clark, "Hello I am looking for a Suzuki Swift Sport" (at this stage not specifying additional requirements). "Yeah we have just the car for you, can you come in to view it and discuss figures? Oh by the way do you have a part exchange." So you decide to come in after a shitty, clearly pushed sales call in relation to if you are likely to buy a car or not before you arrive on site. You arrive on site to a sleazy looking salesman who clearly, does not live the core values and looks as though he is untrustworthy. I have already made my mind up that I'm not buying a car from this chicken nugget. Even if the car was perfect in every manner and far superior to that off Kirkcaldy Peter Vardy. So... "Where is the car the car then?" Mr Nugget and I walk round the corner to see a Vauxhall Corsa VXR with 50000 miles on the clock. What?! "Sorry I forgot to mention the Suzuki Swift Sport is now sold". The birds already hinting that the car we are looking at looks worse than my dads garden shed and we have just wasted a full day coming to see this nugget.. FROFF Arnold Clark. I hope you understand my point, the fact that we all lead busy life's and it's great for a business to make you have that feeling of satisfaction which Peter Vardy Kirkcaldy clearly offer. I'm going to wrap this up as the girl friend is soon to be awake and she is going to need feeding. 10/10 customer success in every aspect. Professional, decent banter. Actual people who understand people for staff. Educated well mannered employees. Keep up the great work and I will make sure to recommend to all of my friends and family. (Only if I get the £50 recommend a friend though.. EAT IT.)

Unfortunately the first vehicle I had hoped to purchase became unavailable due to the seller pulling out of the deal to purchase a new vehicle. The staff at Dalgety Bay immediately sourced another vehicle for me and offered me a good deal on it, which I was very happy to accept. Chris Marshall the salesman kept me advised on the delivery and preparation of the vehicle and the vehicle was delivered and presented in excellent condition. I did have the feeling that the staff cared about the customer and did their utmost to satisfy. Ten out of ten all round.

On agreeing to purchase the vehicle and driving from Edinburgh to Aberdeen to collect it, It took a further 12 days for the vehicle to be delivered to me in Edinburgh Quite appalling service with a salesman who really needs to improve his attitude when things go wrong.

Sales rep was very helpful, not impressed with rest of service. Multiple issues with car which were refused to be put right, guarantee for used cars (no visible scratches, 2 keys) still waiting to hear back even though promised to be in touch to get things put right.

Excellent all round service from initial visit to collecting the new vehicle. Basically went to see the new van on the Tuesday and drove it away on the Friday. Top class service from start to finish with very competitive prices. As a business owner I would definitely recommend to others.

Over the moon with my new RR Sport, purchased over the phone without seeing or test driving it, so a lot of trust required & it arrived perfectly. The fabulous Jamie Blair personally delivered the car to me all the way down in Surrey & drove my part ex all the way back to Scotland, no fuss. The customer service has been 'Above & Beyond' from start to finish, by far the friendliest, helpful & honest car dealer I have ever met. I wouldn't hesitate to by my next car from Peter Vardy - Excellent Service!

Avoid - Bought a Vauxhall Meriva, 62 plate with 18k miles, for £7.5k cash, when I picked it up, it had mould in it, hadn't been cleaned properly - never had the parcel shelf of mats that I had ordered in it - Sales Manager then just went and got a parcel shelf out of another Meriva... That had mould on it too... 3 days after picking it up and driving to Dunfermline, the car wouldn't go into cruise control in 6th gear and when I got to my destination, I had to wait, parked it up, put the hand brake on (Electronic Parking Brake(EPB)) listening to music, tapped the accelerator and the car began rolling back! Called up, was told that was normal - (it wasn't doing it all the time!!) - asked to bring it in to look at why it wasn't going into cruise control in 6th gear... Called back 4 DAYS later to be told it had the wrong gearbox in it and they couldn't give me it back... I asked for my money back. Was refused the refund until the V5 came through. All throughout my experience, when calling up the dealership, the managers were always in meetings and would never phone back when they said they would... (around 8 times) I had to get Glasgow HQ involved and even they were 'shruggish' about it all. So 2 weeks, without a car, without my money... Hell, I am still waiting on my Road Tax Refund from DVLA... Don't get me wrong, bad things happen, but in this case, there were far too many of them and the situation was really badly handled. I wish I could post the photos up of the cars mould before I got it valeted. I ended up getting an awesome car from Lings Cars... Highly recommend them!

The service I received from entering, to the moment I was given the keys was excellent. Reece who sold me the car was wonderful. Laura who kept me informed about the dates to Kelly who did the hand over. I couldn't praise them enough. Have and will continue to recommend Peter Vardy.
