Not impressed with collection of car. Why phone us on the day of collection at 14.30 to say the car would be ready for collection at 18.00 and was there until 19.40 not very impressive. Just now feel that your company wanted a sale to make up end of month figures.”

“Overall good customer service but let down on the Friday when my car was booked in for its mot. We had been previously told to put the keys through the letter box when my husband dropped the car off at 6.30 am. We asked that the car would be ready for lunch time as my husband would pick it up when he finished work. However when he went to get the car it hadn't even been done as nobody had taken the keys out of the letter box. Why did nobody phone me to ask why the car was there but no keys !!!!!! Needless to say we had to go back later on that day to pick the car up.”
“As it was the end of the New Reg period things were a bit hectic and the garage were a bit neglectful of the fine details I.e. No fuel in the car when it had been paid for. No car mats which had been paid for. All resolved eventually and Has not and will not deter me from returning again but annoying never the less when you think of the value of spend.”
