“The phone operative was very helpful and managed to track down what we thought was a suitable vehicle for me.
We arranged a mutually acceptable time for it to come out to my residence for a review.
However the operative had no idea how to work the vehicle....which proved to be faulty anyway. As it turned out it was far too small for my needs,
As there doesn't appear to be any other more suitable vehicle I am currently hoping to sell back my previous Freelander which I bought from you - plus the deposit of 500,000 which I have already put down”

I got the impression that my issue was not given any priority, and I was viewed as an inconvenience. However it was resolved eventually. The car I bought is my second Insignia and I went to Peter Vardy Aberdeen because they carried out all service and repairs on my 1st Insignia and I have always been more that satisfied with their Service Team/Dept.
