Disappointed the car was not as advertised (no bluetooth) and minor issues with car had to be corrected at the time of picking it up.
Otherwise staff very friendly and helpful and overall satisfied.”

“Dave Ivison was a great salesman, full of everything I'd expect from a car salesman. It was my first experience of buying a car from a dealer and he was very informative and helpful. There was a bit of a mix-up with getting the car causing delays due to my ID but he kept me up-to-date and I'll give a wee mention to Andy the 1st handover guy who was very sympathetic and reassured me the car would be kept for me until I could get the ID situation sorted. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the fact I noted the boot didn't open when I first looked at the car, and of all the things your fancy-dancy 114 service check actually checked, it wasn't whether the boot actually opened. So when I did pick the car up a week later, it still wasn't fixed. I was then promised a callback to book it in for repair which I never got so had to bring it up of my own accord and hope it can be seen while I have a day off. Unfortunately it has put a dampener on the experience, otherwise, it would have been rated very good. Thanks”

“When we agreed to buy the car for our daughter, we agreed finance terms AFTER being told that your own advertising was incorrect, we were supposed to get a "great" APR - but you are offering 6.5% base rate to ALL customers, we then got the paperwork in and found that there was additional charges added on without our permission or knowledge, this is really poor customer support from start to finish!! I had to call the finance Manager Kevin and force his hand at sending us a cheque for the £240.15 our paperwork overcharged us for, we still feel that we are overpaying as your original advert didn't say anything about the £500 trade-in, ONLY when we pointed this out with a snap shot of the site did we get offered the "great" apr - again we feel cheated by Peter Vardy, probably wont deal with you again and this was the 3rd family car we had bought from you”
“Everything was great apart from when I left the show room I was meant to get £20 of petrol that I had to put in to get me home and my car didn't have an aerial so the radio didn't work I would say this is poor and I explained I had a dog when I was looking at the cars and wanted a plastic boot mat to be included in my monthly price but this hasn't been included and I still don't have one and might have to pay £60 for one. Another thing is I was meant to get a phone call about a spare key that was away to get ordered but I still haven't had a call to go in and get it programmed yet.”
“The service we received from Gavin Penny was excellent,my wife and I went to see other manufactures before deciding on the Mokka.
This included other Vauxhalll outlets,but the service we received at Kirkcaldy was excellent,this included an extensive knowledge of Motability and the Vauxhall range. Taking all these factors into consideration,I cannot see us ever going anywhere else but Gavin at Kirkcaldy and Vauxhall!”
