“We started off on a bad note as the salesman gave us the wrong collection date for the car when I arrived he was on holiday or a course so the other manager stepped in to find out what had happened. The new date was 4 days later a total of 6 days after the full payment had been made. This saying, this is a training and admin follow up by your training manager. I cannot fault the Asian (Sorry forgot his name) manager who put everything right and has to be commended for his actions. I am still looking for a new car for myself as this one was for my daughter and is the second car we have bought from Peter Vardy so you must be doing something right !”

“Service with the sales team was good but could be improved if they had more room for negotiating as the prices seem fixed and when I tried to purchase a second vehicle was told that they could not budge on the price so I had to go else ware to find a second car to purchase.”

“Peter Vardy Vauxhall Edinburgh Branch:- had an awful experience at this dealership, I drive a Vauxhall Amperage and they are my nearest dealership (approx 90 miles away) I had phoned ahead and ordered the parts I needed for my wing mirror. When I arrived the electric car charging bays were being used by non electric cars, I then dropped of my keys at the service desk and took a lift into town. When I arrived back the car hadn't been touched as they said they hadn't ordered the parts, they also didn't charge it or do anything to it. 4 months later I'm still waiting for my phone call to tell me the parts are in. Shocking service please avoid.”
