Stewart in sales was excellent. I cannot stand pushy sales people and have walked away from garages previously for this reason. Stewart was very friendly and helpful and efficient without making you feel under any pressure whatsoever. The car i wanted was sourced quickly from group stock and delivered to the branch within days. Stewart is a real cerdit to Peter Vardy. If the after sales service matches the sales experience then I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter Vardy Vauxhall Aberdeen

To put into words how disappointed and cheated dealing with Peter Vardy BMW Mini in Edinburgh has left me feeling would take more writing talent than I possess. I purchased my car on the 18th of March 2015 and am still trying (12/06/15) to get the car to the standard it should have been at when it left the showroom. To simplify my review I will only say that I was sold a car that if put for an MOT that day would have failed. Some achievement for a 4 year old vehicle with 17,000 miles on the clock, so I feel that this branch of Peter Vardy should be applauded for that level of incompetence. After months of dealing with a substandard salesman I eventually had to threaten to escalate my case with legal action under breach of the Sale of Goods Act. I was so unhappy at the lack of aftersales service received I felt that I should contact Peter Vardy Head Office. Once I had, I was all of a sudden able to speak to members of the management team at the branch in question (BMW Mini Edinburgh) that I had begun to think were characters of fiction, as any time I asked to speak to someone at a management level in the 10 weeks prior to this they were unavailable. Unconcerned I can believe but unavailable all the times I asked for them I really can not. I would be delighted if a more senior member of the Peter Vardy group, Peter Vardy himself even, could see this review and give me some closure on my case. I am not an individual who is in the habit of writing reviews but the experience of dealing with this branch has left me furious and out of pocket. Having completely ruined the experience of buying a car I told the Used Car Sales manager that I feel I should be reimbursed for some, not all, of the inconvienience caused by their incompetence. Of course I was told that this wouldn't happen and I explained that this was an extremely cheap way to lose a customer. to which, consistently enough with the way they 'dealt' with the several problems my car has experienced, he didn't seem too concerned and even admitted the salesman I had dealt with has previous history in destroying the car buying experience for some unsuspecting motorist. Finally, I sign off by stressing that I am not in the habit of writing reviews but this is a warning to anyone thinking of dealing with this branch. BE CAREFUL! BRIAN GREIG

The whole process of changing my car was dealt with in a professional, efficient and friendly manner with time taken to show me different options and test drive different cars. Being able to visit a local showroom (Dalgety Bay) was very handy and then the movement of cars between showrooms got me the car I was looking for. Thanks for making car buying an easy process.

Although my car was not perfect on handover day and it had to be brought back in for touch up paintwork, overall I was happy with the service. The salesman was professional and helpful, not at all pushy. I then this week had a further issue with my car but it was dealt with quickly, with no cost to myself.

For some reason, a zero was given as a rating. This is wrong. Please accept that I had a 10 out of 10 experience with Stuart Cobb in Dalgety Bay. ********* Although my car was not perfect on handover day and it had to be brought back in for touch up paintwork, overall I was happy with the service. The staff who dealt with my purchase and car handover were very pleasant to deal with and made me feel I was important to them. They were very professional but also relaxed and did not try to pressurise me to do anything.

Arrived to collect my car (13th May) to find it had been damaged by staff and required a replacement rear trim that houses the rear parking sensors. Advised that it would take 5 days for the new unit to arrive and would be collected and fixed within a week. I was not concerned as was only minor cosmetic damage and did not effect driving of the car. After a few "random" calls/voicemails - "we might be able to get it fixed in a couple of days" to arranging a pick up yesterday only to not show up or call with an explanation it has now finally been fixed - 9th June - a little longer than a week! Appears to be that the sale is the only thing that matters to Peter Vardy - after sales is poor.... bordering on non-existent.

We had a great experience on visiting your kirkcaldy showroom!!! We were greeted by dave who took us through the whole purchase of our new corsa with great professionalism,a credit to your company!!!! The receptionist was also very friendly & welcoming us with a lovely cappicino (nice touch) and finally Mark who done the handover was very efficient and friendly.... Great all round experience,lovely staff & showroom well done xxx
