“The staff were very helpful and accommodating to my requirements, the initial presentation of the vehicle was poor due to a high degree of swirls and light scratches in the paint work, on discussion with the sales rep and branch manager this issue was rectified fully to my satisfaction in a professional no fuss manner.
Vehicle presentation should be a priority as part of the "Customer Experience"”

“I can honestly say this was a nightmare from start to finish and would not recommend perth vauxhall to anyone i know. Firstly i asked for a black insignia with 50,000 miles and i was coursed a grey one with 62,000 miles. The garage made 3 credit applications which has affected my credit rating. I was promised £20 diesel in the car, never got it. No mot certificate, was told i would get minimum 9months road tax and only got 6 months. Also was told on a number of accasions i would be called back by a certain time and this never happened. Its been the worst buing experience of my life and i will be posting this review on my facebook and twitter accounts

“The people as you would expect are very helpful after all they want you to spend money in their showroom.
The only negative is that they had a week from me saying yes till we picked up the car but we still had to wait as things that I had noted still had not been done....nothing major but it was yet more wasted time waiting.”

“Very disappointed with the lack of interest, knowledge or customer service provided before ,during and after the purchase. The saleswoman did not even offer to explain any of the cars features or controls and the collection experience was very much give us your money and there are the keys- memorable for all the wrong reasons. The paperwork was wrong on the day of collection and the invoice received last night includes a £90 fee for administration which I cannot understand why we have been charged for buying a car. Not I am sure what Peter VArdy would expect.”
“i have used Peter Vardy in Kirkcaldy now for a good lot of years, would defo reccomend them to anyone. I get on very good with the team in the ranch and Paul Stevens is excellent at his job I wouldnt go to another person in there i would wait utill Paul was finished with his customer. The final day of getting my car was a pleasure as I also met a new guy who done the final signing of it, he had only been there few weeks but was very good. “I was at first very disappointed when I discovered that the car I had booked to test drive was not a diesel (as advertised) but was petrol. However, the salesman, Ross Wotherspoon, that my wife and I met tried very hard to find a suitable vehicle. In the end, my wife and I did purchase the car we had originally booked to drive even though it was petrol. This was largely due to the terrific attitude and service that we received from Ross. He is to be highly commended for turning a situation which could have been less than satisfactory into a successful and enjoyable sales experience. Well done Ross.”
