“Once again I feel badly let down, I took my 6 month old XF Sportbrake in to get the door lock cover which kept falling off replaced / secured and at the same time I decided to pay £39.99 for a spring check although my car did not require it as still nearly new. After waiting 2 1/2hrs (which I was told would be 1 hr) I got my car back and drove the 20miles home to find out the cover had fallen off AGAIN. I contacted Vardy and was told they would order a new one and it would be painted and ready for fitting in 3 days. I received a text on Tuesday from Donna at Vardy stating the cover was there, painted and ready for fitting. I again phoned to try and arrange fitting and when i asked if it could be done at home i was told it could only be done in the workshop, this is only a small plastic cover after all, the management then said the part was NOT ready although my text clearly states it was ready, I was then told that they would contact me next day. STILL WAITING.
Prior to this when buying the car i was given one for a 2 day test drive, that was fine until i collected mine 2 months later with very different spec which was not explained to me at the time and the towbar which i ordered and paid for was not fitted which meant another 40 mile round trip 2 weeks later to get this fitted.”

“Great service from all staff from going to look at the car to purchasing the car. Only issue so far is that I only purchased my car last Saturday and has already been in garage on Monday after being told no fault could be found it is going back on Friday with the same issue. The staff I have spoken to have all been friendly and helpful especially Gary Ballatine the salesman.”

Waited two hours due to wrong information put on to the computer,sales person not knowing ant thing as to the vehicles spare wheel or puncture repair kit (had to wait three days for the kit).

“Everything excellent until recieved new car , plastic remnants still in doorways and generally poor valet definitely took away the new car feel most issues weren't noticed till on way home or I would have expected car to be cleaned to a higher standard before I drove away, definitely worth noting though for your own records.”
