“I was very pleased with the overall service. In particular with Aaron Wilson. His approach was very helpful, honest and at no time did I feel under pressure. He was very pleasant with a good sense of humour, which always helps.

“Booked car in for service with it being collected from my home. Eventually collected at 12:15. When it was delivered back 45 mins late the guy handed me my key in the street without confirming who I was so anybody could've been away with my car. Also never explained what had been done or advised that the service book had been stamped. Tried emailing a complaint but all I got was an automated reply advising they would contact within 2 days. Needless to say that never happened. Won't be going back.”
“Over the course of the 2 days we were involved with staff for the sale of the vehicle, from first contact with three male members of staff and two coffee (?) ladies we were treated in the most courteous manner. There was never at any time any evidence of pressure to get a sale. I cannot speak highly enough in the manner we were dealt with. I have already mentioned our experience to a close friend who is in the process of thinking of changing his vehicle, and he said he was seriously thinking about a Mokka - but it would mean him having to park the car outside his garage, which he was not too happy to do.
