“Overall experience was good. Very attentive and at no time was any pressure felt by myself. Unfortunately this was slightly overshadowed when I collected my car. I had ordered a spare wheel for the boot instead of an inflation kit - paid for up front. On checking the boot - no tyre. Had limited time to eait for car and as the tye had to be put on wheel etc I had to wait and was late returning to work. Checking my paperwork at home I found that the Car Pass with radio details was missing. I contacted Peter Vardy and I received in the post a few days later the pass for the car - torn and written on. Not really what I had expected from a huge company as yourselves. A simple apology on the phone would have been better. Whoever sent out the pass requires instruction on how to address an envelope! I have a beautiful new car which I am thrilled with but disappointed that there were a couple of hitches.

“The staff took the time to help me find a car that was right for me, answering all questions that I had. Also, buying options and the services that they provide were very clearly given. At the handover, time was spent going through the cars functions, which was great not to be rushed while doing this like some other garages I have visited in the past. I would just like to make one observation (not a criticism) that you may want to consider.
The model I purchased was not eligible for your 'interest free' financing - which I may have considered had it been available. I decided to finance the purchase by a 'cash' transaction. In lieu of the non-availability of the interest free option, I was slightly disappointed that the dealership offers no form of 'discount' for cash purchases, which may just add to the customers 'feel good' factor about your dealership.”

We called simply to see what was on offer and the deal presented by Glen Gilson persuaded us to purchase a new vehicle. We were put under no obligation and happily exchanged our three year old Corsa for a new one.
