“What a pleasant time I had buying my new car. I didn't feel like I was in a garage, it's a lovely relaxed atmosphere and Laura the Sells Rep gets 10 out of 10 from me. She listened to what I wanted and then explained my options. I wasn't pressured or rushed. Karen, Kelly and the girls on Reception were all very nice and friendly. Even the Mechanic who removed the Parrot Kit from my old car was very polite and professional. Wonderful experience and the little touches ie glass of bubbly (non alcoholic of course) and being given flowers for that extra special touch. “Staff were welcoming and engaging. They appeared to have my interests at the forefront. I would have preferred to deal with one individual throughout, rather than have several people to deal with, although the sales rep was consistent. I was surprised not to see him when I picked up my car, - instead I met a 'hand over specialist'!
I was promised that a scratch on the side of the car would be repaired before i took it over and it wasn't, however I was told someone from the company would phone me a few days after getting my car - so I will discuss it then, if they phone.”
