“The Pickup time for car was changed 1/2 hour before scheduled pick up agreement and was now inconvenient .When did pick up car had to wait for car to be Taxed before we could leave and when drove car home seats were still wet and therefore wet our clothes through to underwear. Not nice ! And actually car still dirty in areas when fully inspected in daylight . Staff pleasant and helpful but standard basic expectations not delivered. Disappointing.”
