“the sale and hand over dep were great but I feel the service department is poor the car was mot and serviced for pick up but when I went to pick it up it had a engine management light on so had to leave it another day then after having it for only 6 days it wouldn't start it has dun the same another 2 days later the aa recovery took me and car to ure branch last nite 24 hours later thay have decided to charge the battery which I feel 2 b pointless as it will only last a cuple days wont get it back till tomorrow sumtime I feel this to be poor service after buying it only 8 days ago I .”

Gary noticed I had been looking over some cars on display and approached me after some time to ask if he could give me more information about any specific car. Following some discussion he looked up the dealership website and together with his leadership, we found the vehicle I was looking for.
Gary went through the detailed secs of the car and we agreed it met all my requirements.
One week later I went to collect it and it was just as I expected. The subsequent care could not be faulted.

“The car was a day and a half late. The MOT was not done which only became apparent because I checked it with DVLA. MOT arranged as 2 hour visit. Informed would need whole day when I dropped car off. Multiple instances of having to change plans to suit Peter Vardy. not good service.”

“Thought I would place my review again seeing as it was previously removed, and to date I am still waiting on the email from the service manager which I was promised.
I bought a car from Peter Vardy Kirkcaldy at the end of September. Since then I have had nothing but problems with the car and Peter Vardy after sales and service team have been at best incompetent. The Peter Vardy promise for buying a used car is clear for everyone to see and none of these were met. When I spoke to the garage I was told it was because i bought the car at the end of the month and the car had to be off the forecourt to be counted in the monthly sales. So basically we don't care if your car is road worthy or not as long as we can count it in our sales figures.
My car has been in the garage 5 times since buying it, with faults and so they could keep their "promise".
A decent garage with competent staff would have fixed all of the faults the first time it went in but this was obviously to much for Peter Vardy.
The last time my car was in the service manager told me I would be "looked after" and they would give me a goodwill offer and I could expect to receive an email the same afternoon.
Surprisingly this never happened, so after waiting 2 weeks then writing to their complaints department and being told the service manager would be in touch with me as soon as possible I waited another 3 weeks and my finance company getting in touch with the garage, I was told by my finance company that I was being offered a free service and MOT.
I called the garage the same day to confirm this and it still hasn't been confirmed because the service manager wasn't in, (always seems to happen when you call someone at this garage).
So my advice would be AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”
