Product doesn't work for my animals.

I have tried to add photos and information about my cats six times it will not let me proceed and it will not keep the information about my cat I am unable to subscribe thanks anyway Shelby Kramer

Enjoyed product and subscription but don't say cancel at anytime and them ask me 3 question why. Cause I want to is all you need to know.

I have never had such a great experience with a subscription service as I have had with Pet Friendly over the past few years. The flea treatment for my dog and two cats was too expensive at the vets so cost was my main reason for trying this out. The first box containing boxes with my animals photos on the front melted my heart. The instructions were clear and amusing! My dog actually gets excited to see the brown box because he knows there’s yummy treats inside. He stands so still so he gets his treats quick. The cat application instructions are hilarious and whoever wrote them truly knows cats! Our pets are flea free month after month and here in the south that’s saying something. Customer service is unmatched! I confess I got behind in the winter months once and had too many boxes. I went online and selected pause for a few months and got caught back up. No harsh judgment or guilting just support. The emails letting me know they’re processing my shipment and that the boxes are on the way is helpful and friendly. They also track the shipments and they emailed me once apologizing that my package was late. It arrived the next day. Once the delivery company must not have sent Pet Friendly a notice that they delivered my package so I got an email from Pet Friendly saying they were trying to track down my package. I replied that it had arrived a few days earlier and they sent me a nice thank you email. Really nice people and I feel so good about being a part of such a great subscription.

I've had my dogs on PetFriendly flea and tick preventative for years. I added my cats last year. I love that I never have to remember anything except to put the medication on them. I complete the tasks the day their shipment arrives and I always have. They've never missed a dose. I also love the packaging and treats they provide. However, my dog was recently diagnosed with lyme disease from a tick bite. Hopefully, we caught it in time without damage to his organs. He'll be on antibiotics for 30 days. I don't know if any flea/tick preventative actually prevents this...all I know is that my vet tells people that the stuff they sell in their office DOES prevent it. I am no vet or scientist. I'm just telling our experience.

Where do I begin to say how convenient and amazing PetFriendly Is. My dog really enjoys getting the monthly box for the yummy treats and different products they offer to protect my pet. I can’t wait to see what cool things they have to offer in the near future.

Honestly we’ve had 2 that’s had flea issues and we tried so many thing including stuff our vet recommended and nothing worked until we tried thes out and I was amazing. We now have 4 dogs ans 2 kittens that we can’t watch to start using this again.

These products did not work for any of my dogs. We spray our property several times a year and this still doesn't work.

I never received my package despite it being marked delivered by the USPS. I have put in multiple claims and even reached out to pet friendly customer service and never received a response. This is highly discouraging as this was my first time trying this product from this company.
