“Usually a brilliant service but I was disappointed with my last delivery as I ordered frontline at 5 am on Thursday and paid moving to France Friday night and needed it for my three dogs extra for next day delivery as I was moving to France for summer. It didn’t arrive so I called cs to be told that the courier forgot to pick it up so it wouldn’t arrive until Sat, obviously too late as I would be in France .”

“I saved alot of money on cat essentials like flea treatment and worming tablets .i hav spent a fortune in the past at the vets. I have 6 cats most were strays that i toim in had neuteted and microchipped and kept. So i will ddfinately be using you again. Thankyou so much. Quality brands good prices fast deliverie.”

“I oredered a Feliway plug in and continer and it leaks dreadfully so i sent you an emial and no one has bothered to respond--so i am a very unhappy customer. You have no telpehone numer that I can call.”

“I paid extra as I needed the flea product you came back saying in an email it would be delivered by 8pm the next day. Three days later it was delivered I contacted you and was told as the order was placed after 2pm it did not count as next day. Personally I think I was just fobbed off by your company so I basically paid£5.98 for nothing.”
