“Have been using Pharmacy2U, for a couple of months, with 1st delivery all fine, second delivery had to be a split delivery, now my order has been in "Packing your order" status, for 18 days! Already had to reduce dosage to make meds last. Cannot contact them! I will definitely revert to my previous pharmacy!!

What a farce. Medication not delivered after nearly 2 weeks. When chased - lied to. Told they couldn't take payment. NOT TRUE. Then told they called me about it. NOT TRUE. Then told I would be called yesterday. NOT TRUE. Just called and automatic system just cuts you off. I accept things are hard at the moment, but this is unacceptable.”
“Joined them a month ago since considered severely at risk and confined to house isolation for 12 weeks+. The first prescription for tablets arrived in a now padded flat envelope and received crushed. My COPD/asthma inhaler specified by my GP was incorrect. The GP reordered and “guess what” again wrong!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!”

“They received my prescription 2 weeks ago, told me it was getting dispensed, then heard nothing, after a week tried phoning, doesn’t work, live chat, doesn’t work, emailed, they emailed back saying internal stock problem, 2-3 days, I told them I had 10 days supply. Today tried again, on my order history it said getting dispatched, I tried ringing again, doesn't work, emailed, rang dr, dr said keep trying, checked history again, order been deleted!!! They don’t tell you when there is a problem, I have 2 days meds, phoned dr told pharmacy2u cause them loads of problems, now switched to pharmacy near me but that will take 4 days so no meds for 2 days. Avoid at all costs!”
“As with everyone else, I ordered a prescription item that was clearly listed as in stock. 3 days later it was still listed as 'Order recieved' and I paid for next day delivery. I rang them and was assured by a customer service agent by the name of Craig that it would get with me by next day.
I then found out that in fact the manufacturer has a shortage of the drug, and every other pharmacy online was out of stock.
In a panic I contacted them again and was told Craig had given me the wrong information and they were out of stock. I then cancelled the order and 10 days later still have not recieved payment.
I understand times are busy at the moment, but at the very least DO NOT list as IN STOCK and take customers money if it is clearly out of stock!! Also do not lie blatantly to customers promising the delivery!
Stay clear! Still awaiting my refund!”

I have been with your for 4 months. I have had 2 repeat prescriptions delivered. One took days for you to find the prescription in-house that you already so there was a delay. This time it has already been 9 days since I was supposed to receive my prescription and it’s nowhere in sight. This has caused an exacerbation of my symptoms requiring a doctor to give urgent treatment. I STILL do not have my medication 9 days after they received my prescription. ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM one the phone or live chat.
THEY NEED REPORTING TO THE CARE QUALITY COMMISSION.”

I warn you now - that they will accept your order then sit on it with a variety of excuses (high demand, lack of supply, delayed deliveries etc) and then, should you do what their customer services say and call them, the phone system doesn't accept calls. So the (so called) customer services department are asking you to do something that they themselves are preventing. It would be inconvenient if we were talking about bananas or tea bags - but this is medication !!! They have an inexplicably casual attitude to what is a very important and sometime critical activity. Use them if you want - it might cost you more than inconvenience and money.”

After two days managed to get on the chat online. after been told to see my doctor for another prescription even after I had told them the doctor had said the could re issuse it. I have been told that they will try to dispatch it within 24 hours but I am not expecting them to do so. I am going back to my local chemist. I only join because I was told it saved the NHS money.”
“When I first started using this service, it was a decent service and once everything was in place, it worked well. Since then I have encountered a number of issues with delays in delivery, the latest received today stating that there will be a week's delay due to stock issues. I am convinced this is nothing more than them becoming victims of their success and not having sufficient infrastructure to meet demand. I am going to be looking at alternative provision as I am dependant on my medication and delays are dangerous! The last time, I was waiting for antibiotics for 2-weeks!”

“Repeat prescriptions on multiple occasions failed to be sent to doctors. They claim they have sent the request. But it’s clear they haven’t and my doctors proved to me that they didn’t receive the request. My medication is for my mental health and they play Russian roulette with your life. The customer helpline is a joke you can be waiting for up to 1 hour to speak with someone
My intention is now to take them to the ombudsman and get another supplier like echo”
“I give 1 star, because I can't write a review without it, but would give them -10 for incompetence.
They have messed up the last 4 of my prescriptions for Apaxiban (anti-coagulant) and suggesting I get an emergency prescription to cover the days they are not able to fulfil my order.
They finally emailed me, but only after I had complained, to tell me "there appears to be an internal stock issue with the order". Their email also informed me, "I have tried to call you today but unfortunately there was no answer, the number we have for you does not seem to be connecting."
If you do attempt to phone this company, you will not get through unless you are prepared to wait at least 45 minutes on hold and then IF you do get through, you may be cut off and have to do the wait again.
DO NOT TRUST YOUR HEALTH TO THIS COMPANY. IT WILL CAUSE YOU MORE STRESS THAN YOU NEED.”
“They often have issues they refer to as 'technical' problems. Vital medication such as warfarin and other tablets are delayed or not available leaving you with no medication. Do not use, easier to pick up from local pharmacy”
