Prescription order NOT sent out because one (over the counter medication ) was out of stock, the problem is that the prescription only meds that are part of that order, are also held up - the OTC meds are not a matter of life or death - the POM are a different matter. Joined up thinking required!!!

Disgraceful, poor language spoken, incompetent staff AND management. Doing far more than they are capable of. My near neighbour was daft enough to use them last year and died of severe lack of provision of ordered medicines. It will shortly happen to me, very soon, as they are being as criminally incompetent with me. My local police are aware of this, but Pharmacy2U pretend she never lived. Beware of them, they couldn't care less I users die, all they want is the Government's money!

tried to see medication history after using company at least six times for medication. Said no medical history listed SO then tried to call . 45 mins into waiting a recorded message offers you a call back request within 2 hours. I declined as didn’t trust a call back as no faith in this company. One hour later I get through. Seeing as this service is offered via website, doesn’t it tell you something’s wrong when they are experiencing such a large amount of phone calls? Sorry going back to good old waiting for maybe 15 minutes in local chemist for much needed medicine.

If I could I wouldn’t give this shambles of a company any stars. Now without meds. Can’t get though in phone, they’re not responding to emails and not allowing live chat. Im going back to the most reliable way of getting my meds, The Pharmacy.

Bored of this company now. They've messed up my order a few times and they've not bothered to contact or rectify. If anything is rejected by the docs for any reason, (possible early order due to not being able to keep track as they've revoked the SMS reminder), they don't tell you - they just leave it pending in the system. Called docs after 3 weeks to ask where my meds were, found out these clowns haven't resent the request and still shows as pending with GP when in fact, there's nothing with them. Thankfully the receptionist has sorted out an EPS order for me now and i'll be doing that in future. I've had two tumours removed from my maxillary so in a lot of pain. CBA with this joke of a company. PS LOOK AT ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS.....OBVS FROM THE EMPLOYEES. SO FAKE AND RIDICULOUS THEY'RE TRYING TO COVER THEIR MISTAKES.

I ordered two different types of medication one for my migraines and other pain relief, ETC. I ordered both at the same time with one being sent promptly. I am still waiting!! for my last order 2 weeks later. This is "NOT" the first time I have had to wait weeks for medication!!

Totally unreliable, once I have received my overdue medication (delivery delayed by a week because of their service) I will close my account

This service is not fit for purpose This service is not fit for purpose. To start, Pharmacy2U insisted that my daughter's school provided a letter saying she was in full time education (as if a school with over 1,000 pupils can take admin time to do this!) And why?? If I take a prescription to the chemist I am not asked for this, After a considerable delay the prescription was sent out, minus one vital item. I emailed customer service (couldn't get through on the phone) on Monday. Eventually got a reply on Wednesday saying they would 'investigate'. I rang again on Thursday to find all the phone lines were down. Still no medication. Need to make emergency trip to GP to get another prescription written before my daughter runs out of really vital medication.

I have been waiting on the phone for over one hour and have now given up. The service is appalling and so awful that Pharmacy 2U must be closed down before anyone dies. A total waste of time. Not even one star for them.

The worst Pharmacy I've used. I did a repeat prescription and they said one is missing and wait 2-3 days. After two weeks I still don't have my medication. I contacted them and ask about my medication, and they answered the same words they emailed me, waiting for stock and they will have it 2-3 days. So they recommend to return my prescription to the NHS and collect them at my local pharmacy. They should have told me that earlier.

Recently performance (if it can be called that) has been appalling. I had to cancel an order due to an error. I tried to contact them by phone and e-mail- no response for 4 days. Now I've placed an order again 4 days ago but it's at the GP for approval and is unlikely to be delivered before I go away for 3 weeks. I was originally in plenty of time. As I write I am on hold with them currently 36 min 52 seconds with misleading voice messages. Heaven knows whether I will get my drugs - can't speak to anyone

Absolutely disgusted with Pharmacy2U. I received an email this evening saying they needed proof of exemption, which has never happened to me before in my 15 years as an NHS patient - and when I click the link to upload an image, I just get an error message. Instead of letting me know earlier, they waited until two days before my medication runs out. Now I won't be able to get my medication in time for the weekend unless I go through the tedious process of arranging an appointment with my GP tomorrow. This is my second and last time that I've ordered through P2U.

First time using the service and I was sent the wrong dose of the medication and was not apologised too! Dangerous.

I have been a Pharmacy 2U customer for several years and to begin with all was well , just lately things have gone downhill . I never got my last prescription , it took them 10 days to do nothing ,I kept asking them ,they lied to me about contacting my surgery . In the end I had to go to my doctor and get a paper prescription . The customer service is really poor , a 50 minute wait to speak to someone and then been told a lot of rubbish . They once put 2 small packets of tablets in a box that was 2 foot long ! I am so fed up with this company that I have now left ,my advice .AVOID .

Half an hour wait to answer the phone then didn’t do what we needed them to do and had to ring back, another 30 minute wait for life saving medication. Abysmal we are leaving them and going back to picking up meds at the local pharmacy

My GP surgery's staff wanted me to set up prescriptions electronically and I didn't want to use my local pharmacy, so I found this company, signed up and ordered the prescription on 28th July for 5th August. Have received 2 e-mails (last one on 2 August) informing me that they are still waiting for prescription details from my GP and that they will continue to contact them until they have the information required to progress the order. I'm now ill with antidepressant and antipsychotic withdrawal and have no idea as to how long this order is delayed for.

I had registered but not completely with Pharmacy2U and did this in advance of my GP surgery going digital. I went to GP and ordered repeat prescription expecting it to have gone through to the pharmacy next door as was my arrangement with GP surgery. Pharmacy 2U has overwritten this arrangement and now nearly three weeks later I am without my medication! I have no way of finding an alternative as cannot get any response from Pharmacy2U. Eventually they dispatched part of my order but then waited a further 3 days for delivery. Rest of order has been stuck on dispensing for a week! Not convenient as had to wait in for delivery due to signature required. No way on account to opt out of the service. Will be going back to local pharmacy who text when order ready and always within a couple of days from receipt of prescription. The pharmacist has regular chats about the medication and reminds when a review is due. Worst decision I made going to Pharmacy2U

Have been using them for about a year - initially service was excellent, but in the last 4 months or so it has become abysmal. I currently have one item that has been 'In dispensing' for 14 days without any communication from P2U. When I contacted them to chase it I was told that they were waiting for the item but didnt have a delivery date yet! This seems bizarre for as company of their size - although the item is a Controlled Drug I can get from local pharmacies off the shelf! I feel that they tend to buy in bulk at a cheap price as most items seem to come in plain boxes now. I wouldn't recommend them at all now.
