“Their website is horrendous crashes and hangs and takes double the number of clicks to get your drugs. Lloyds app was so much more reliable and customer experience based. Luvechat isn't always available even in the time window they say it's open. I'm giving up and looking for another provider that doesn't waste so much of my time”
“Never known an online pharmacy to take so long in dispatching. I put an order in 6 days ago which stayed at "awaiting GP approval " till today. Funny thing is , I contacted my GP on Friday whom told me the prescription was already approved. I'm now waiting for my medication and have not had any today, so looks like I will be doing without important cardio meds until after weekend, as apparently, they are now "packing" them.”
“Pharmacy 2 U was one of the easiest Apps to use, note the was! Since the app has been updated it's almost impossible to use, unable to order my medication, apparently I have never ordered these tablets before despite the fact I have been taking them since 2007! And when I can actually order the medication I need, the App adds other items to my basket which I don't need.
A little lesson to be learnt about the App.IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT!!!!!”
“Link from their e mail results in a blank page, after several goes it does come up but when adding items to order they dont add and the "add to order" box re appears. After about 10 goes it finally works.
I tried to talk to customer services but it was automated and did not recognise anything I said to it, asked it to refer to agent but was 29 on queue so gave up.
Tried log in on website but it stuck on the log in page so no luck there.
Really bad IT systems all round and seems to be getting worse. Eventually it accepted my add to basket and I did a telephone order as well so that will really confuse things. It looks like I need to find another online source, anyone got any glowing reviews?”
“Items frequently missing from prescription lists...having to keep ordering things several times because they have not been sent out it was much better with Lloyds pharmacy before pharmacy2u took over... thinking of going back to the old way and collecting paper prescriptions and going to the pharmacy myself”
“I was using Lloyds direct and had excellent service, When Pharmacy2U took them over at first it was still the same good service. Now I am looking at other services as Pharmacy2U seem to be taking 2-3 days after receiving the prescription to actually give the package to Royal Mail. Example my urgent prescription was received by Pharmacy2U on Monday, they didn’t dispatch it until Thursday (even though items were in stock) Royal Mail have advised me this morning they have received it on Friday and should be delivered next Monday! A week later. Very poor service.”
“Don’t make the same mistake I made ordering from this company, absolutely no words. I recommend a reliable brand email: DRUGREACH.ORG @ Gmail .com with your order for assistance”
“It’s obvious the reviews are manipulated somehow, Whack service btw. Get your order easily from a reliable supplier email: DRUGREACH.ORG @ Gmail .com for all kinds of medications”
“You can’t write a review with no star so you got one, Disappointing from you guys. All thanks to Dr Rick for coming through email his front desk DRUGREACH .ORG @ Gmail .com for all kinds of medications cheers !”
“I have been having issues with this company not sending me my correct amount of medication. It always arrives undamaged and in a timely manner however there is always less medication inside the box than it states on the prescription label. I am prescribed a controlled medication and cannot help but think that something dodgy is going on, every month 64 capsules are sent when there should have been 84. I cannot prove this medication was not sent and this company just says I have lost it/ taken it. This really is not the case. I have given them several chances but no more.”
“Useless, do not use!! I ordered 2 items only 1 arrived, but I can’t order the same item again because the doctors think I’ve already received it. This continually happens!! Luckily I am able to get to the doctors and pick up prescriptions which I will do from now on! Come back Lloyds!!”
“You must be desperate to use this company. Personally I have found they either do not deliver on or two of the items you have ordered or deliver the wrong item, this causes your surgery a great deal of work to sort out the order. This has happened so often our doctors are no longer dealing with them. The final straw for me was the computer issues today where I kept being kicked out in the middle of an order. My wife and I will be transferring to a more reliable operation.”
“I am deeply dissatisfied with this company. They consistently demonstrate poor reliability, misleading customers with deceptive information and actions that contradict their promises. On multiple occasions, they have cancelled medication prescriptions, only to be instructed to re-enter them, only to cancel again. They've also claimed medications were out of stock when they were, in fact, available.
This company seems to selectively choose which prescriptions they wish to process, particularly avoiding critical medications, which disrupts their system and causes unnecessary delays. Their business model appears designed to prioritize easier tasks while ignoring more urgent needs, ultimately compromising patient care.
Communication is shockingly poor. Customer service is unresponsive, and they often fail to return calls. Even more concerning, they strategically cancel orders and shift the blame, making it your responsibility to resolve issues that were entirely their fault.
Upon further investigation, it’s clear that this company has manipulated reviews to present a more favorable image, attempting to erase negative feedback. They’ve wasted my time, as well as my doctor’s, and based on others’ experiences, they have put vulnerable individuals who rely on medication at serious risk.
I am closing my account and will ensure that this review stands, no matter how much they try to suppress it. I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.”
“Really similar experiences to others. With Lloyds I got things really quickly. 3 working days and still not approved by GP, never happened before. Lloyds answered my emails really promptly, just get a really bad chat bot. The point of using them is so I don't need to keep contacting my GP. Also, at least with Lloyds you could get a barcode and go anywhere. App is also awful. I miss Lloyds 😞 do not use!”
“Please be careful before you order medication from this company, especially if it's for a course. I ordered something for £189 and it was 'delivered' on my doorstep last Friday, along with 'a signature'.
I was still at work and when I arrived home there was no parcel. I asked neighbours etc, and even went further afield.
Where Pharmacy2U helpful? Absolutely not!
Said they were waiting for a response from RM (I had the images they had) and was today advised to make an indemnity 'claim from my bank'.
I'm now into my second week of not having what I need and they clearly are not interested as long as they don't lose out.
They are waiting for images from Royal Mail, yet I have them as the order is tracked so why not ask? Instead lets drag it out for another week.”
“Reminders are not tailored to your prescription doses. Get notifications that Drs havnt approved your prescription, go to Drs and they haven't even received a request from pharmacy 2 u.
Lloyd ps worked like clockwork, these really haven't got a reasonable system going at all.”
“Worst Customer Service & Scammers
I received a faulty item—great start, right? So, I returned the item removing it from a massive box stuffed paper(Not the actual items box).
Here’s where it gets good: they didn’t even bother checking if the item worked. Instead, they claimed I couldn’t get a full refund because... *drumroll*... I took it out of the giant box they sent it in!
First, they tell me the item’s “unfit for resale” (probably because it was faulty, which was the whole point of returning it), and then—get this—they pivot to: “confirm the item has not been used or opened from the original packaging.” So, which is it? Broken beyond reselling, or magically brand new again? Either they’re running some sort of fishy operation, or their logic is more tangled than their customer service.
In short: avoid this SCAMMY company unless you enjoy being gaslit over basic returns.”
