“Great products! I have used PhD Diet Whey for a long time now, not for cutting weight but for clean bulking. I find this an ideal protein supplement to use if you love your food!! Low calorie, low in fat and low in sugar. You can enjoy proper meals without compromising your diet with one of those massively overdosed pre or post workout shakes!! More than adequate protein values per serving...along with the added bonuses of BCAA'S and Green tea extract. Stack this with Creapure Creatine, train hard and you're on to a winner! “I have used PHD products before from a supermarket and this was my first time buying from their website. Ordering was very simple and products arrived quickly and well packaged. Plus they send me some free protein bars which are great! I ordered the reinforce capsules which I have just started taking and also the VMX pre workout which tastes good and gives you the right kick you need for your workout.”

“Great tasting products. The pre work out and and the BCAA intra does exactly as it says. Great energy in the gym. I am not a big fan of the peanut flavour, takes a bit like coffee to me. But that's my only complaint. I will be resupplying my pre workout and and BCAA intra very soon.”
