“You get pet insurance for many reasons. My dog was attacked and had to have emergency surgery. Filing a claim was easy and the response was loving and quick. Thank you”

“Direct billing would be easier. Find it a bit repetetive putting same inormation for every claim (e.g. adoption day, previous vet visits)”

“From the first call to the reimbursement PHI worked quickly with us when our dog became ill. We called them, they even called back to be certain of the pet’s condition before offering advice, then after the vet visit, I was quickly informed and quickly paid. The staff were helpful and the payment was was processed quickly.”
