Product good , final sales person was helpful but payment process was dreadful.Declined by AMEX, same with Visa. Eventually accepted by Visa.after I offered to do bank transfer .All this took approx 1 hour but left me unsure if Visa "s transaction had been processed . Next day I found Visa transaction had definitely gone through. Some excuse was eventually given that your financial advisors insisted on bank transfers in case buyer cancelled order & kept the phone. Why wasn't this explained at outset.Think how your customers feel when they arre stuffed around like I was .

From Canada, I bought a phone for my daughter who is in Australia because she broke the one she had. I was not sure to use the Apple site or the Phonebot site to proceed with this purchase of a refurbished IPhone. I finally opted to the Phonebot site due to the quick delay to proceed with the delivery. Should i remind that my daughter does not have a fix address and she was travelling. At that time she was in Cairns (Queenslands). So it went well i ordered on Tuesday and she received the phone on Friday. BUT that is where things start to make me not satisfy of this false publicity. I ordered a phone Grade A which is more expensive and as per the information provided stating that the battery is a new one. NOT TRUE AT ALL. The level of the battery was 85% at the reception. When my daughter communicate with their service, the agent was rude and never want to confirm that the battery should be at a higher rate. He only repeat that she should return the phone and then they will make the inspection to evaluate if she made a damage to the phone and then base on the results will return a phone. The overall can take 10 days. OUAW. Should i remind that she didn't use the phone at all she only charge it! If it was written that the battery is not a new one then i shouldn't take it. That's it. She can stay another 10 days in Cairns so why did I chose Phonebot instead of Apple? Due to the delay and in fact it get worst than what it will be if i choose Apple. False publicity and very bad customer service. I do not recommand.

Dear Customer, Please accept our apologies for any sad experience. We guarantee our products as mentioned on the website. For graded A devices the battery has to be more than 85% and for graded B devices the battery capacity needs to be 80% or more. In case a customer finds them depleted then we open-heartedly take the claims on it. We will stay firm on the battery percentages as mentioned above and will evaluate the call recording too. Showed s9 black online. Said you did not have one. Brought pink instead then another customs come in requesting black and all the sudden you had one.

The computer obviously wasn’t checked over as the laptop didn’t charge. There wasn’t a pen included with it and wasn’t written in the description which I will admit they tried to fix, and I was given a shitty charger that wasn’t genuine. They have helped me with my complaint although I expected for the laptop to be checked over before being sent to me as that is what I thought this business did.

Dissapointed. Screen sensitivity is poor. Works most the time but fails sometimes. I have brought reconditioned phones before (from other retailers) and never had this problem. i contacted the company to discuss but they never replied. Poor products and poor service.

Delivery was quicker that expected. But I don't have any instructions that came with the Watch and I am now having issues pairing my watch to my Phone. I need someone from Phone Bot to call me and troubleshoot this issue so that I can use my purchase?

the phone is good - however i was not sent the correct cable - therefore i will have to purchase my own - it was not a lightning cable. therefore cant risking losing charge at present

The policy of getting a screenshot of your banking records is a bad one. This would put me off any more purchases. I too have an online store and have been stung (3 times) by fraudulent purchases but we don't do this as it would put customers off. No one I know does it. They need to find other ways to detect. Or be safe and have less sales. Ultimately it *is* their choice. But there are many other places.

Beware of false advertising.. was told phone was in immaculate condition over the phone but when I went to the shop to pick up the phone it was not in that condition i don't think they take into consideration the fact i drove 1hr to get there and 1hr back ... description is everything

Recently bought an A grade iPhone x. The phone only came with only one small scratch on the side of the phone, but came with one major problem for me. The phone i purchased was a Japanese phone, meaning that every time you take a picture, the camera sound will go of and there is no way to turn it off.

Unfortunately ordered and paid for a phone that did not have even though you advertised it as in stock. We are now down a phone until we find another suitable one. The quality of the phone was important to us so offering a B grade replacement was of little use to us. Add

Definitely not GRADE A refurbishment. I’ve had the phone barely 5 months; the ear piece has stopped working, one bottom speaker does not work, camera flickers, battery hardly lasts a day.

handling time too long considering express was paid and we need the phone asap. it’s been 7days and it’s still not here. Our location is around the corner from where it’s distributed.

Without my consent or knowledge you sent my phone to a 7-eleven that is an hour and a half from my home. And told me that I had to pick it up within 7 days. Since I work a full time job the 3 hour travel time is nearly impossible for me.

Upon opening the package, it was apparent that not much care had been taken in cleaning the surface of the phone (Samsung S7). I had to clean the marks, and grime myself. In addition the phone has been getting hot whilst loading apps and transferring media. Phone also seem to "hang" numerous times. I'm trusting it is purely due to the increased activity transferring all the info. i will monitor performance over the next day or two and revert back.
