The phone is excellent, but the charger is useless (5w). Also, the freebie heart rate monitor is not working. (please don't include useless freebies, if you really want to give something free put case covers or screen protectors )

Still waiting for my order and haven't received any correspondence about its location or even a shipping confirmation.

Totally pleased with iPhone, service and speed of arrival. But when I phoned to order something else and say how pleased I was, the guy was a bit dismissive and uninterested.

Grade A is not too bad! Probably I am fortunate to get the phone which looks better than the picture reference provided in website. In terms of delivery, took a longer time than expected. No email to notify the parcel has been dispatched. Payment made on 30/5, received parcel 11/6 (not regional area) for reference.

I recently purchased a Samsung s22 Ultra. I'm very happy with the phone, postage was quick. The only thing that I can't comprehend is that I received a fitness tracker for free with the purchase that isn't compatible with Android. It's got me baffled.

Searched the internet for a suitable refurbished phone and found what I thought I was looking for at Phone Bot. Spoke to the call centre and decided this was the phone for me. Purchased online and visited the Reservoir Store the same day around lunch time. Syd fixed everything for me including changing my old phone data to suit. Phone was advertised "as new" and it is! Very satisified, but just having to learn the intricacies of this late model phone.

APPLE I-PHONE 13 PRO-MAX 5 G. Excellent service , product was in as new condition. We made several calls before placing the order to check some things out , very helpfull in all communications . The accessory package that came with it was a bonus . Quite robust phone case , screen protector , Charge plug and cable , and included a health monitor. iPhone SE (2022) was delivered on time and I am happy with its condition: just some faint scratch and buff marks. My only criticism is that I don't want the freebies that I also received: a Disney phone case and a fitness tracking wrist band. Would be nice to be able to opt out of those, and even better to get a price reduction.

I bought an iphone 15. The wrong charger was sent with it. I emailed and received no reply

Purchased an iPad from them. Came damaged . I returned it to them and asked for either exchange or refund. I did not get any response from them for a week. Then their manager called me. Nicest retailer I have ever talked to. The first thing he said before even listening to me was I know m at fault, it was pure miscommunication within my staff, I apologise, tell me what you want to get done. I had 5 min worth of conversation with him and he took my stress away. Within the next week he made a refund. So thank you for just not running the business but also understanding the customers. Also he just not only returned my money back but also paid the return postage of iPad. Regards

easy fast delivery no issues so far good condition of the phone. downside no manual no everyone has acess to the internet and i still like to to ahve the manual to see what the phone can do to its full potential.
