Established in 2012, Phonebot is a market leader in sustainable technology products. Our aim is to reduce carbon footprint by reusing or recycling technology products. From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Purchased an iPhone 15 pro max. I was unsure if I was going to get it as I got a text message but no email for 3 working days. Phone is good but won’t charge more than 80% unless it’s unplugged and plugged in again, not good for the battery life, even with the power safety mode switched off.”

Not to worry—it’s a feature, not a bug! To give your phone that extra push to 100%, just head to Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging, and switch off "Optimized Battery Charging." Hope this helps! This should resolve the issue you're experiencing, allowing your phone to charge fully without requiring you to unplug and replug it. “I had been wary of purchasing a phone through a distributor that wasn't Apple, but the price talked. It was about 60% of the cost of the same version through Apple or Officeworks!!!! It arrived promptly and works perfectly! And all the little goodies included in the parcel were a complete surprise! I love my phone. Thank you Phonebot.”

“Phonebot has amazing products at the lowest prices I've found anywhere. I bought a Samsung galaxy watch5 pro in a "Grade A" condition. I was expecting to see a few marks on the watch from being refurbished but I was amazed at the condition when I received it! It looked and acted exactly as a new watch does. Amazing quality, amazing price, very safely packaged and was shipped very quickly. I'm very happy with this purchase & I would highly recommend this!”

“Fanbloodytastic! Got my refurb Samsung S22 Ultra which looked and felt like a brand new one, I had to look really hard to find something wrong with it and the only thing I could see was a tiny (very tiny) little scratch on the body that needed a magnifying glass to see it with and once the free cover that it came with went on it, end of problem. Everything was perfect, it worked perfectly, it was perfectly clean and scratch free and I could not fault it, I wont be paying top dollar for a new phone ever again, when I update to the next one I'll go straight to PHONEBOt.”
