Found product easily and payment via PayPal very helpful. May I suggest that somewhere after purchase that you inform your customer that the delivery company will contact for delivery date?

The phone is excellent, but the charger is useless (5w). Also, the freebie heart rate monitor is not working. (please don't include useless freebies, if you really want to give something free put case covers or screen protectors )

Grade A is not too bad! Probably I am fortunate to get the phone which looks better than the picture reference provided in website. In terms of delivery, took a longer time than expected. No email to notify the parcel has been dispatched. Payment made on 30/5, received parcel 11/6 (not regional area) for reference.

I recently purchased a Samsung s22 Ultra. I'm very happy with the phone, postage was quick. The only thing that I can't comprehend is that I received a fitness tracker for free with the purchase that isn't compatible with Android. It's got me baffled.

I bought an iphone 15. The wrong charger was sent with it. I emailed and received no reply

I've only used Phonebot once, but the experience has been good. The refurbished phone I bought is in excellent condition (as described) and has been working well. Purchasing via the website was simple, and delivery was prompt (via Australia Post). I would recommend this business to friends and family. My only criticisms: - The device didn't seem to have been factory reset, or if it had been reset, it had been booted and partly set up afterwards. That was easily fixed by a factory reset. - USB-C cables weren't locking firmly into the charging port. This is a common problem with phones that have been in use for a while, and is nearly always due to a build-up of debris (fluff etc) inside the port. That was also easily fixed, by carefully cleaning the compacted fluff out of the port. I think 'refurbishing' a phone should have included factory reset and making sure the USB port was clean and functioning properly.

I bought an IPAD Air - used fairly new. Unfortunately it was faulty - the only reason for only 4 stars (there is always a cost involed in sending things). The support from PhoneBot was very good to excellent and I received a new one that I cannot see has ever been used. As always things from PhoneBot arrives on time which I appreciate. I am very happy with the support from Phonebot.

a few weeks into using my microsoft surface go. absolutely love the little things, only reason im not giving 5 stars is its too early to know as a refurbished product. def recommend if your thinking about it

My phone was to be Like new condition, but I noticed there is a message in the settings that says the screen is not original that wont go away so Im guessing the screen was replaced but something wasnt reset to remove this flag.

Received the phone (samsung S20 ultra). Thanks. Very impressed with it, good condition ,nice packaging, works well. Until I dropped it on the table (not hard) and it wouldn't turn on,wouldn't charge,just a blank screen. I took it to a phone shop and they fixed it, said there was a plate missing from the back of the phone that keeps everything in place. They put some packing in the phone and said it should be OK. If you have this plate could you please send it to me and I can take it and git it put in to avert any problem in future. Thank you. Graeme Churchett.

Great phone but freezes, whilst happy to get phone sent back to repair or replace they cannot and do not offer loan phones while repairs take place, and this could be weeks! Decent to deal with but unhelpful when there’s issues
