From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“I bought the HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 13.3" Touch Screen ( Almost new). The laptop came well packaged in layers of bubble wrap so there was a very minimalist chance of damage in transit. The laptop itself works like a new one with no faults identified at this stage. I did not identify any scratches and this laptop is Almost new" literally "! I'm very content with this purchase; I didn't have too much money so this worked for me perfectly. I would definitely use phonebot in future.”
