From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Phone was as described. Disappointing that the cable that came with the phone was usb-a to usb-c, rather than usb-c to c, which would come with a new phone. Delivery took longer than described too.”

“Quick delivery However the screen touch is abysmal barely registers and takes ages to type anything as a result. The team called promptly and have offered to amend the situation”

“Phone is in great condition, I am very happy with it. Came surprisingly with a case and screen protector, however the screen protector was glued poorly to the front camera so picture is blurry. Customer service then just told me to take it off and put it back on which resulted in an unclear screen over all. They sent me a new screen protector, however this kinda caused more trouble, but I appreciate the intention.”

“Really great service, and products arrive on time, tracked and clean. From the two purchases we have made, both phones are great. Some of the included cabling was bad quality/incorrect for the actual phone purchased. However, after contacting Phone Bot, they quickly sent out correct/high quality cables. Good stuff.”
