From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“I bought 2 refurbished phones from Phonebot. Both are working well and the exterior finish / scratches were as advertised. The only disappointment is that both android phones came with Lightning plug charging cables (for apple phones) instead of the USB-C charging cables that was required and that I expected would be supplied. I assuming this was just a mixup, but if it had only been one of the phones, it wouldn't have mattered. It meant that I couldn't charge either phone until I obtained another cable. Otherwise, I'm happy with the phones. ---- After speaking with the customer service after this review was posted, they've agreed to send me the missing cables and improve their quality control. So I'm increasing their rating to reflect this statement by them. Another observation: Selecting an "anonymous" review may only prevent your name being listed on the web site, but may not prevent unexpected communication.”

“i bought a Ipad pro 12.9 ,but the charger and cable are not compatible . i paid extra for express parcil ,but i cant use it . Finally I received correct one and got refund of the express mail . The manager Shazz had good communication with me . Appreciated .”

“I'm very happy with the phone. Not so happy that it didn't arrive factory reset & it wouldn't let me transfer my data via Samsung Switch & I had to purchase a $5 app from Google playstore to transfer all data from my old phone. That said it is a good phone & arrived earlier than expected.”
