Established in 2012, Phonebot is a market leader in sustainable technology products. Our aim is to reduce carbon footprint by reusing or recycling technology products. From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Ordered my phone over Christmas and it arrived by Express Post on only 3 days. Amazing! The phone was Grade A but was as new with the dents or scratches and packed very well. Being new to online shopping I was very impressed with David Parker from Phonebot who answered every query and was very helpful. The price was really good and I have recommended the company to my friends and family and would purchase again.”

“It's easy to write a good review when everything is running smoothly. But when things get tricky, that's when customer service really matters. I had an intermittent problem with a refurbished iPhone 12 I'd picked up the day before. Apple identified the problem as a module failure- something that wouldn't have been picked up if it was checked when the module was working properly. It still had Apple warranty, but the "geniuses" at an authorised Apple repairer (I won't name) gave me the run around. I brought it back to Phonebot- and the manager took over and was super-helpful, offering a number of different options until I found one that worked best for me. The phone is on it's way back to Apple for repair/replacement and I have a loaner until it returns. I wouldn't hesitate in buying again from Phonebot and I have already recommended them to some of my friends. Good work.”

“Bought a refurbished S20+ 5G after some research around buying new VS refurbished, and the S20 VS S21 debate. I also did some digging around other refurbished sites, and I'm so glad I went with Phonebot. The phone was practically new, came with chargers and a free car wireless charger! Setup of the phone was easy and I haven't had any problems yet. 10/10 would reccomend these guys and save buying a new phone!”
