Phone was a good price, I ordered around 8pm one evening and it was with me following morning on the normal delivery service, with lots of information about the expected time of delivery.

Very, very poor company and will never deal with them again. First time I have ever used them. They took money upfront for airtime credit which never appeared. I had to chase them up (via premium rate phone number) several times before they eventually came back to me. They then very reluctantly refunded my money which took 3 weeks to come back. No recognition that they had messed up. No apologies. No recommendations from me. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Customer service was excellent. However, was completely misinformed with regards to my new billing process. Was assured when I updraded my direct debit was set up and would come out on the same day as normal. After my first month with my new phone the direct debit did not come out and when I phoned EE it had not been set up and the billing was a completely different process and I ended up having to pay over £80 more than what I was told. Phones4u staff should be aware of the processess for for all companies that they are selling for. Customers should not be misinformed like this and I was very unhappy. I was put into financial difficulty because of it and would not recommend the service to anyone.

Service was ok, nothing special. They forgot to mention that I had to set up direct debit by myself directly with EE and then nearly caused me to be charged extra due to lack of payment.

In general I found our local shop in letchworth was very helpful Just recently I upgraded my phone through your head office. I was offered a £50 cash back which I have still not received also they forgot to inform EE of my account details. I think in future I will deal with our local shop I like to speak to people face to face. Thank you

I received the phone I asked for but I am still waiting for the gormet discount card that I was told I was entitled to as a sign up offer. Not impressed

This will then give you your unique code which you can use on the downloadable app from the App Store. I went to the store at the Richo Arena in Coventry and was served by Elizabeth she took the time to go through my requirements as I was historically an Orange Customer was wasn't in contract so could move providers - she suggested going to EE and got me a fantastic tariff and helped me enormously - she is an asset to your organisation. I was called by a representative, who promised the roaming plan included Australia it didn't. I have had to now pay extra for it. Phones4u contacted T-mobile who cut me off straightaway, I was told it would take a couple of days when in fact it was done the same day and I had no phone network for nearly 3 days and was travelling away from home without a phone, not impressed. I am now on the phone to a representative as I have received a letter to say my account is in arrears, again I was told by the Phones4u representative nothing had to be done about payments as my Direct which was already setup with T-mobile would be transferred to EE, again not the case. I feel I was mis-sold the contract and features and mis-informed by a representative. Will not be recommended you at all and shall be writing to headoffice.

very polite and courteous staff and the setting up of my new contract was very easy and straight forward, unfortunately I am not so pleased with the network provider EE as I fail to get a decent and sometimes no signal in my home and I'm now stuck with it for another 23 months. when I looked into the network signal coverage for my area it looked really good but I am now wishing I stayed with o2
