After 2 months I am still waiting for my £50 cash back that I was offered, after a number of calls requesting it. Also didn't set up my direct debit properly after giving bank details twice. Other than that ok I suppose.

I've returned an upgrade ref1001801936 end of may and to date still awaiting a reverse migration. I've had to put up with negligence and unconcern feeling from customer dept. I've had to call several times to escalate my case with always the same outcome. I've incurred cost for a phone bill I've barely had the use of. Form all of this I'm always left with the feeling that I'm to blame for putting my trust that all that was promised by phones 4 u rep would be handled professionally.

Very friendly and helpful advisor however I discovered that when she put me through to Vodafone as I had to discuss my account with them, she actually stayed on the line, muted her mic and listened to the entire call, breaching my confidentiality. She then called me back and asked me what Vodafone had said etc when she already knew. Buyer beware if you need to talk to your network, hang up and call them yourself, do not let them put you through!

When I made an online enquiry I didn't really expect a call but I received a call the same day . I explained that I was due an upgrade to my contract with T mobile but hadn't been able to get any good deal from then . The person from phones4u was really helpful . He asked about my usage , preferences etc and after a short hold came back with a perfect deal. I received my new phone on a new contract with ee within 2 days and got a £50 cash back . Great service !

Having had continual problems since dealing with moving from pay as you go. To contract I have had nothing but problems. I would not recomend them since moving to contract . However I was satisfied as payg for last 12 year I am so sorry for entering to this 2 yr contract Despite problems personally they do try and as a overall as an objective report stay as pay as service is better

Hi the phone is good but vodaphone is something else cannot get 4g or get a signal, at times very poor. Also phones 4u keep sending texts about the hot spots wifi which I was paying for but now I have a new contract and was informed that the hot spots were free under thus contract.

Hi Robert, Thanks for getting in touch and leaving us some feedback. I'm sorry you aren't getting the best signal possible. I have looked at the coverage checker for your home post code and I can see that the signal for 2G, 3G & 4G is excellent. It may be worthwhile calling Vodafone on 191 (free off your Vodafone mobile) to ask them to check the area for more detail. Thanks again for the feedback Robert, Hugh

excellent customer service, extremely fast to deal with all of my needs as a customer , nothing too much trouble, very helpful and patient as i am not great at "technology" =) and superfast dipatch. i certainly wouldn't go anywhere else!

I appear to have been misinformed about my contract, having been told that I will be reciving a Galaxy Gear within at least 20 days of recieving my handset. It has now been well over the allotted time, and I have still hace not recieved it or had any word of its delivery.

I was very disappointed with the service from your customer service dept when renewing my contract especially as the mistake was entirely down to your advisor.

Overall my experience was fine. I was disappointed that I initially got rejected during a credit check when I tried to buy a contract and iphone through their website. I have excellent credit and have never been rejected in the past for anything! I contacted Phones4U and asked why I hadn't passed and they explained that actually it was the mobile phone provider (in this case Orange) who runs the credit check and they suggested a similar contract but with a different provider. I DID pass the other provider's (Vodafone) credit check and eventually got my contract. However, Phones4U were not able to answer why I hadn't passed and it delayed the whole process by a couple of days.

Hi Carterann, Thanks for getting in touch and leaving some feedback, I'm sorry over the inconvenience relating to the first credit check. You are correct in saying this is the networks decision, and unfortunately in most circumstances we do not get a direct reason as to why it may have been unsuccessful. I would recommend contacting the network for more details regarding the reason. I'm happy we were able to get you another contract though and I trust all is well with this. Hi Lynne, Thanks for getting in touch and leaving some feedback. Happy to hear you think our service is good :) I can imagine it was a little frustrating having two different delivery times. This would normally be because we have to wait for a response from the network for any pending checks, so if one was quicker than the other this may have resulted in them going on separate delivery vans. Amazing upgrade service when I spoke to Darren and upgraded and changed networks a couple of months ago. I never write reviews but the service was first class

Phone broke in 2 weeks and took another week to get replaced and then that one was fault. not happy as it took ages to get refund\exchange -,-

Never had any issues always reliable and fast delivery times using the right parcel company, The pay and go range is small and needs to be expanded, On the pay monthly side its all about deals and i would say its slightly more expensive than a rival company, Although I will say if you get on the phone your more likely to get the deal you want, Overall though im satisfied with phones4u and would reccomend them to all
