“I ordered a 34 inch curved monitor LG 34WP85C-B on 02DEC2022. Shipment was delayed by a few days. When I turned on the monitor, I found a dirt buried inside the monitor and I requested return immediately.
After a few days of email, photospecialist sent me a return label to ship it back to Netherland via UPS. I took the monitor to UPS and they refused to send any monitor > 32 inch to Netherland, but they can ship it from Netherland to UK for unknown reason.
I checked back photospecialist and they have NO reply for more than 2 weeks (almost 3 weeks now). Even I told them DHL is willing to ship the 34 inch monitor, there is no response from them.
The monitor was packed and un-used in my home for more than 3 weeks while I am waiting for the return shipment and response from photospecialist. I have paid for an un-used monitor for more than one month and I still have no information on what I can do.
Although it may be cheaper to buy from photospecialist, unless you are sure you are lucky, DON’T expect you can return your purchase to them because they never response to you.”

I contacted Photospecialist who said it was a UPS issue.
They refused to issue a refund or help get the problem fixed.
Their response "We shipped it and gave you the tracking information there is nothing more we can do"
Somehow it is MY fault I didn't receive the item :)

First of all, it's not the cheapest one, although the prices are competitive. You can find same price deals easily. And probably with free delivery (at Photospecialist the delivery is not cheap at all).
Second - it's a lie that they ship the product the same day if ordered before 15h00. I specifically called to ensure it will be done, and of course was ensured that it will be the case. But the product was shipped only next day in the afternoon, so was delivered when I was already away.
And third - I have requested a return (within the 14-days cool off period, and have received the return label. I sent it back. But the apparently the return label was not correct, it was misshiped, and after 1 month I have received the package back. During that month I have addressed query to the customer service to track and help with investigation - no reply. After I received back the package, I requested the new return label - no answer neither. They have just disappeared as they'd be a ghost. When I call, it's always an auto-reply that they cannot take my call (after 10min waiting listening their music). When I send emails, I receive no answer at all (despite their commitment to answer within 2 days).
So I lost 1053GBP. AVOID THEM BY ALL MEANS”

Bought an Irix Firefly 15mm lens from these people. Lens has serious chromatic/astigmatism errors and was returned to base for repair/replacement under warranty. Having set themselves 2 separate 3-day targets for updating me and another "guaranteed" update for this week - Photospecialist continue to let me down and just don;t even bother to come back to me. My lens has been back with them 36days and their repair centre have yet to even look at it. Serious folks, if there was a possibility of "minus *" then that's what I would be rating. I was however charged in Euros (not mentioned when I ordered) and the cost on my credit card was £39 more than on the pro forma invoice I received from them. I sent an E-Mail to them and received no reply. I then called them and they promised to refund the £39. No refund has been paid. My advice would be to avoid this company. “On the 4th Jan 2021, I purchased a Sony Camcorder from PhotoSpecialist. aka Kamera Express. The total price was £1061.43. On my bank statement I had been charged £1081.36, a discrepancy of £19.93
I returned the product for a full refund and on 16th Feb 2021 I received my refund of £1042.55, a discrepancy of £18.88
Do you remember this on your website, "Or we will refund the full purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, as soon as possible.”
I had to pay VISA a transaction fee of £32.33.
I thought that I was initially dealing with PHOTOSPECIALIST in the UK. It is a lack of transparency on the website that I was charged for euro/sterling conversion, had I known I would have used PayPal.
They use UPS parcel delivery service, who are as shambolic as the company that they deliver for. From a two to three day delivery promise, that turned into a month, with more twists and turns than mystery novel.
Taking all into account I am down £90 at this moment. I have purchased a lot of goods from all over the globe and have never encountered any thing remotely like this fiasco.
Please, please do not, ever use this company and if you are in the UK, buy here. Maybe Brexit had a had in this, but other purchases have been fine.”
“They are indeed scamming people. Once a legitimate company, now in liquidation (they have no money) so they are still taking peoples orders, pretending to be open as usual but they are not. Our company have reported them to the EU fraudulent commission, our company banks are contacting this 'fake companies' bank for refunds, and I have a contact in the Dutch police whom is privately investigating the situation.”

They charge you more than agreed (that's right, they send you an invoice then take more money from your card), they don't send any items, they don't answer to emails. Then after spending months of trying to get in contact with them they don't refund you the full amount.
