“I first used Picframes during lockdown and was delighted with the solid oak frames I received and have continued to buy from Picframes. The quality of craftmanship, careful packaging and efficient delivery is excellent. In addition I found it helpful to receive updates on where my order was in the system. The lead time from order to delivery was exactly as promised. Overall excellent value and service.”

“Very pleased with frames. Thank you. Particularly appreciate that your chosen courier does not slap on a charge for delivery to my Highland address - quite unjustifiable as we are on the mainland and only just north of Inverness. - hardly the sticks!”

“Condition of received frames damaged with a 30ml dent and 200ml crack in facing wood. Non of the three frames contained hanging fixtures, as advertised and no recommended acid free backing paper paid extra for. Frames very flimsy soft wood. Worse is the non communication from the company who have ignored emails and telephone calls to rectify these problems. One star given for prompt service paid extra for. Please contact me. “Initial Comms were a bit slow (but it's the holidays) then progressed quicker once order sent to manufacture... then completed in a day and despatched for delivery next day. So can't fault that. Product exactly as hoped. Very well packaged and delivered as stated. Pleased with the result. Will recommend to friends and use again.”

“Good quality product, well packaged and good communication about the progress of order. I've deducted one star because delivery depends on DHL, who delivered to the wrong address and claimed I had signed for it; when in fact no one had.”
