“Unfortunately none of the mitres on the frame were correct and all had gaps. This is a basic prerequisite for a producer of frames and so I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.”

“I ordered a bespoke frame from Picframes which was only 65mm x 180 mm. Once my order was being processed, I received a call from a member of staff double checking the sizes I required as the frame was very small. They then proceeded to produce my order and it was delivered shortly afterwards. Unfortunately, the frame had been damaged during transit and had a significant dent on one side. I emailed Picframes with some photos of the frame and packaging and requested a replacement. Within in a week, I had a brand new frame (the packaging was very substantial!). Great service from Picframes and a lovely product. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“This company is so good. Delightfully easy to deal with from the outset with a very easy ordering set up and very well organised web site. Also if you need to ring them about something they answer the phone and are real people who are concerned and helpful. And we haven't mentioned the product which is seriously good for the price and comes well packaged and assembly is a piece of cake. Delightful”

“I was hoping to frame a painting for my granddaughter's birthday. The order took 18 days to arrive: it arrived the day before her birthday and as I opened it, I was initially pleased by the appearance of the frame and colour of the mount. It was then that I noticed three linear scratches on the perspex. It was too late to do anything and the perspex is a poor substitute for glass anyway. I had to drive to the nearest town and buy a piece of glass. I emailed Picframes, who assured me that they would reply in 24 hours. That was three days ago and i have heard nothing. Perhaps they blame Covid, or if they are from the south of England , it will be Brexit. I think it is old fashioned incompetence - not checking the order before sending. This was clearly an unsatisfactory service and I will not use them again.”

“So my madero measure frames arrived, packaged really well, no damage on arrival…. When trying to put the acrylic in the frame it was too tight on inspection, the acrylic wasn’t square and There was even a notch in it so it was never going to fight the frame, it cracked on trying to push it in as the acrylic is flexible, not allowed for tolerances soo disappointed a frame without a front although the print fits perfectly, !”

“After poor service from DHL, unreliable, received the picture frames Tuesday mid afternoon. Have to say, am delighted with all 3 of them and impressed with how well packaged the frames were. Having framed the photos, these fit perfectly and the gift was well received by the recipient. I will most certainly use your service again and would not hesitate in recommending you.”

“I ordered two frames, which took about two weeks and were very well packaged. It would have been useful if the DHL notification of delivery had included who was sending the parcel (I have a lot of orders coming to my work address). On the whole I'm very pleased but I have queried why the inner edge of the larger frame is not gold like the rest (photo attached). I wasn't aware that it would be like this and I'm waiting to hear back.”
