“I am very pleased with my picture frame. The website was easy to negotiate, and I phoned the helpline to ensure I had everything just right on my order, which was reassuring. The frame was very well packed and delivered swiftly, having had emails from Picframes keeping me updated with progress. I was framing an antique bib for my grand-daughter’s 1st birthday present, a family heirloom, beautifully embroidered with Peter Rabbit. I spent a few hours stitching it onto backing fabric and assembling the box frame, but it was going to cost me 4x the price at my local framery, and they warned me they had a two month backlog!”

“Easy site to navigate, the cost when compared to other sites after you add shipping is probably slightly cheaper. The frame took a little over a week to arrive and was very well package so no chance of damage. The quality of the frame was very good and came with the necessary wall fittings. Overall very pleased and would recommend to any looking to get a bespoke frame made.”

“This is a tad embarrassing, the frame is beautiful and of a very high quality unfortunately it is too big for my picture and I can’t remember what size I’ve told you the picture was. I suspect I’ve made an error when choosing the borders.”
